Food was good but the service was very lacking, we felt rushed and that most of the staff, whilst friendly, hadn't been properly trained

i would not say it is satisfactory since what i would like to eat was not offered. But when i came to downstairs, i saw some people eating burgurs (which would be my choice if offered), so i guess it is offered but the staff misguided me. What i had (risotto) instead was not satisfactory, either. I do not think it is price-worthy at all.

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Graciously accommodated us with a booth and baby high chair. We all had the brunch set which was delicious. Loved the warm biscuits.

There are hits and misses. Hit: ambience; cocktails; kids menu; salad; fresh bread. Service aim to please. Misses: taster's plate of 3 types of beef (not cheap at $788). Came cold and beef was like end bits with gristle. Fries was cold; grilled veggies were cold. All food should be under heat lamp before services. Obviously this was not. I was ready for a fabulous lunch given all the write up but was a disappointed.

The steak got cold and the fatty part got so greasy... Need to find a way to keep the temperature of the steak. Dessert was good.

Had a great experience for dinner -- staff were friendly and willing to offer (delicious) recommendations, food was on point and at a good value, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Will be coming back for more ;)

The atmosphere is great and the staff is really helpful! Thanks for their arrangements for the birthday desserts! The food is tasty and look great! A good place for gathering!

The staff were very tolerant and patient. The food and beverage was reasonably priced. The service wasn't was fast but overall a great time was had by all.

Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty dishes and desserts. Courteous and elaborate catering service. Appointments can be flexibly adjusted upon seats availability. Definitely an ideal and relaxed dining place with working folks.

Very good atmosphere, good for friends gathering. The service is good. The oyster is fresh and I will come again for the steak. It is the best that I ever had.

The food quality has dropped compared with our previous visits. My chicken was not hot and the meat was not as tender as previously. My friend's porterhouse was really rare with blood though he had ordered for medium. Our chips was burn, dark brown in color, though they replaced it after our request. But the waiters are nice.

I had dinner on a Sunday night. The waiter service was good and attentive. Tried dry aged beef, very nice. Other food portion was also generous.

The brunch has a good selection of free flow drinks, and the restaurant has nice ambience. Interested to visit again for private dining at The Den.

Great decor and atmosphere. Very attentive service. Food was good, 2 of the three dishes were good, but aged T-Bone steak a bit sketchy - particularly considering price. Good wine at good value. All in all a good experience and we will return.

I went tot he restaurant for Sunday brunch. There were many choices on the menu. However, the one thing that hit me was the lack of beverages being offered as part of the brunch sets. How is that possible? No coffee. No tea! Remember .... this is Sunday brunch. A cup of coffee tea start is fundamental. Overall, poor value for money! Food wise, I order a burger and requested it at Medium. It came out red and bleeding.

The tomahawk steak is great for a special occasion, and we started with oysters and wine. A good night

Great food, amazing Bloody Mary's! The atmosphere was very relaxed, the perfect place to come for brunch. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

It was a nice place with modern cusine. Nice selection of wine, cheese. Deserts was not a best. Staff was a well trained and polite.

Had soup and snapper upstairs. The food and the service were excellent. I have eaten there 5 or 6 times and have never been disappointed.

Portions were just the right size. Had the eggs Benedict in the weekend brunch menu and like the twist of braised beef instead of the usual ham or salmon.

Food was very good, service not so good. Despite not being busy we were rushed at every stage by the staff. In particular, being asked how our food was at the same time as putting toothpicks on the table, we were both only half way through our main courses. Very dai pai dong behaviour

Great brunch; good quality food, some of the drinks weren't good - the 'meat bloody mary' was almost undrinkable and the aperol spritz was too sweet but overall a nice relaxed enviornment

Excellent staff. Impeccable service. Delightful ambience. Foods are not bad, though the taste is a little too heavy to me. My preference is ... less butter, less salt, less sugar etc etc.

Had croque madame and Angus burger - great food and presentation, nice interior decor and atmosphere. But some staff seemed a bit new... m m

The food and the environment are nice. The food comes in a good portion and the waiter suggested a tasty white wine. We both have a good time.

The food is delicious, especially the strip steak and the slow roasted green curry Barramundi. The staff have provided well services, the overall experience is wonderful.

Service good and price reasonable. No need to wait for seat and food cooking time. Waiters always simile and introduce the Good menu very details.

We have a big group of 6 at the beginning, then changed to 8ppl and gradually 10ppl on the booking date. The event managers of Mr&Mrs Fox had been very helpful and responded to all our requests promptly.

We had a really pleasant evening. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks, the steak and scallops were excellent! The waiters were very friendly and the service was really good. I will definitely come back!

OK restaurant in Quarry Bay. Bit overpriced but still workable for business lunch or dinner. I am happy that the restaurant offers internet bookings. This is great.

The décor at 1st floor is very modernized. The whole atmosphere is very suitable for business lunch. Needless to say the food is super & fresh esp. the grill. For sure, I'll come again.

Steak was great as always. Service was perfect. Online booking was easy and smooth. Tuna and kingfish cappachio tasted good and fresh. 2nd floor close at 11pm even they listed they open until 0am but you can just move down to the 1st floor.

The service is very good. Polite waiters/waiteresses. Efficient. Decent Environment. Nice food but the portion is quite small. Overall, it is a nice place to dine but might be a little bit pricy for such small portion.

Not all staffs are that attentive and you might need to repeat your order two to three times before get served. But overall it is good value for the money.

Brunch is good, I ordered omelette, soft and smooth as silk's egg! Lamb pasta is a must try also! Good service and very nice environment!

The people were friendly and the food was good. However, the dessert definitely has more room for improvement. Good local beer though only single selection.

The restaurant deco is pretty nice and the staff service is pretty good for Hong Kong standard. I had fish tartare for starter which was very good. Steak was quite big so I shared my main course. I had a lovely evening there!

Superb food, generous food portion, nice environment and decor, and good services. Not exactly a place for family with young children. Definitely going back! Recommend for group gatherings and celebrations.

Quick and accurate reply during reservation. Very nice service in meal time. The environment of the restaurant is good. Great quality of food specially for the dry age steak. The dessert is great with the dessert wording. However it is a little bit too sweet. Overall experience is great!
