This place had a wonderful vibe, the food and wine list was insanely good! Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food for the second course, then our churros came out burnt and when we received the bill there were two mistakes on it that was rectified. The staff were lovely, overall we really liked it and will go back... just maybe not on a Friday night.

Great food and atmosphere, good place to come with a group as its tapas style food. Only comment would be that the service could be more attentive.

Good but poor value. Wording on menu is creative. Service - trying the best, but small simple portion sizes for the rates charged are expensive. Still hungry after $60 pp paid on food only.

Great atmosphere, excellent service and tasty food. We had 9 in our party and the restaurant was happy to give us platters of nine. Not cheap but worth the price. Recommended!

Food tasty as always. Service was friendly and efficient. Only gripe would be our table was tucked away behind a sliding door covered in lots of posters- couldn't see anything!

Food was really really good Staff was friendly and look after us well. The was served very timely.. The place has high end restaurant prices but the atmosphere was more like a bistro.. The place was crowded and noisy.

I have been there a few time now. Food is good and interesting names, so you have a laugh when odering! Good place to go and catch up with friends . Unfortunately , tapas meals are expensive, but, that is same everywhere. Good service.

Very enjoyable meal. Great food. Really loved the duck and the service is good. No long waits between dishes. Try the Massoni Shiraz as recommended by the waitress - it's delicious!

Fun and quirky eatery. Good food drawing on a mix of cuisines. All share plates. Great wine list, plenty to choose from. Staff friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our meal. A nice surprise in suburban Gordon.

We've been to 2 Stews and a Cockatoo a few times before, but this was our first time returning with our young baby. We'd booked online and our note about having a pram and requiring a highchair didn't seem to get through, but it was no issue at all and we were allocated a new table and brought a highchair promptly. We have a few favourite dishes that we return to; Nanny Goat and Crab Snowballs and this time we also had the Snapper Pie special and the Pigs Might Fly - which contains orange custard - it sounds strange, but it works. All the dishes were outstanding, we were only disappointed to be full at the end and not make it to the churros! Great friendly service and nice wines too. We'll be returning again soon.

Had a great meal and a chat with friends. It was a quiet Wednesday night, so the location was great for some interesting food, that came out of the kitchen at a nice pace. Had many gluten free options. It was great getting lots of dishes to share. The food was tasty, some of the food combinations were interesting, and all were enjoyed.

Food was fantastic. Atmosphere is great. Will definitely be back. Only gripe was that the meat dish was medium rare rather than medium well cooked, as we'd requested. And it would have been nice to be able to choose a mock-tail, for those of us who can't/don't drink alcohol but would like something more than a soft drink. But all in all, a lovely venue and one we'll come back to. Thanks!

Overall, it was a great experience - service was fast & efficient. I would've liked more vegetarian dishes and a chicken dish or two. The prices are on the exie side.

The food was terrific. Spring roll style meat, scallops on small spoons and tempura style prawns, 4 in each serve which we shared for a light lunch. All good quality. I am a dessert person and their list didn't appeal. The wine by the glass was so expensive we didn't bother.

Although the prices were on the high side, the quality and imagination of the food was well worth paying extra. Service was attentive, and the dishes arrived at appropriate intervals. Lovely, warm and cosy inside!
