Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Chicken cooked perfectly and burger delicious.

Great value with children’s and seniors meals available. Great variety on menu.

The food was great and the service was fast, friendly, professional and our host absolutely went the extra miles to ensure that our dining experience was as good as it could possibly be. Totally recommend for a good, hearty family restaurant with a lot of variety for the whole mob!

My husbands chicken burger was very nice, my dinner was good (I had the Saturday special) the prawns were cooked very nicely, I asked for my steak to be done medium but it was medium rare, and my steak was a little on the cooler side. That could have been because of the air conditioner though. Overall, very nice and very filling.

Been there many times ( at least 50) sometimes dishes are not as good as other times but overall very good, New Year’s day for dinner all our dinners were awful , fish dry , mushroom risotto awful, schnitzel not cooked properly. Disappointed

Great food but really the staff and overall service are excellent.

Long wait for food and for the drinks, usually much better. Didn't seem overly busy but staff didn't seem bothered, the service definitely worse than other times here. Waited 15 minutes just to have a drink order delivered to the table when we first sat down.

Happy friendly staff, great food ++++ and wonderful atmosphere, can't wait to go back.

Happy New Year 2026, 7th Avenue Bar & Resturant are always raising the bar in terms of service, the way they treat their customer. Catching up with friends to celebrate new year the lunch was excellent. Keep it up.

We had booked at 8 - but the place was closing and we were shoved a menu in hand and told to hurry up and order. Food was all right but bar shut down and we left soon. Why accept the booking for 8 if it’s going to shut down so soon after !!

Food was good, they were just busy and obviously understaffed so the wait was a bit long but hey acknowledged this so all good

All OK, will be back for more of the great service.

Had visitors from qld with us and said how great the food was but we were very disappointed tonight We had to ask 3 times where our drinks were as they kept forgetting them Then when the meal comes out the Aussie burger we had was dry and tasteless so tried putting more tomato sauce on it no better put more flavour on the burgers. The mash with the salmon was cold and gluggy the broccolini needed more cooking was very hard. The sirloin steak had a massive piece of fat on it that wasn’t even cooked or rendered down Also the staff need to try and stay in their sections as it was all over the place Bit disappointing

Food was good but the bar service was very slow

They appeared to have lost my booking but found it on a separate bit of paper. So put together 4 tables to accommodate 10 people. The tables were tacky and sticky. The food was excellent and everything else was great. Just need to scrub those tables!!

We didnt have to wait too long for our meal. And it was cooked to perfection. Everyone who joined me for my birthday dinner also enjoyed their meals. Will be coming back again in the future.

Great food and service, but once the band started they were so loud it pretty much cleared the place out. We all left earlier than we planned because we couldn’t hear each other talk.

Staff were most pleasant and helpful, service was good drinks cold and food was excellent. Will be back.

It was way too noisy...we moved tables and still too noisy..the toilets absolutely stunk of disgusting clinical smells from yuk cleaning products...hand soap yuk aswell..we had to leave earlier than we would have liked as it just wasn't a pleasant dining experience...my pasta was ok, nothing awesome and family said the steak was just OK...unfortunately we won't be looking to come back anytime soon.

7th Avenue Bar & Restaurant, just when I thought they could not improve any more tonight, they excelled themselves. The place was packed to the rafters for a Friday night, but with Christmas fast coming, the service and staff were wonderful, keep raising the bar, and keep the faith, great experience
