AL Nawab Restaurant Richmond

The food was sumptuous. 5 stars for the BBQ platter. Loved the boti kebabs and the chicken. The flavours tickled the palate and the mint chutney blended so well with the meat. It was a divine experience. The Nalli nihari with garlic naan was a match made in heaven. To all food lovers out there, if you are true gourmets, you must give Al Nawab a try. You’ll leave with a fulfilled experience. To add to this, the ambience setting was good and the service was quick.

I went to there second time. Food was great. Service was fantastic. Would go there again for sure.

USUALLY WE GET OUR FOOD NICE AND HOT BUT SADLY THIS TIME OUR BBQ MEAT PLATTER WAS DRY AND COLD BUT THE RESTURANT WAS TOO BUSY AND COULDNT GET IT RECIFIED AND THEY FORGOT TO BRING OUR DRINKS ORDERED UNTIL WE POINTED OUT NEARLY CLOSE TO OUR DINNER WAS FINISHED. VERY BUSY AND NICE FOOD OTHERWISE.

Al nawab was my go to Pakistani restaurant until today. Today i had a terrible experience from A to Z. Not even single item was like before. No consistency. And they are not able to manage after opening of second branch. I am not going there anymore.

Last time we ate at this restaurant it was great, this time the food was very bland, the waiter over ordered with the raita and we were rushed out for a next sitting without any warning.

Food was ok.asked for bit warm water as being very cold weather.but just refused saying we serve normal water.

Relocated to a table at the rear of the restaurant as it was uncomfortably cold at the section we were allocated Food was not as good as previous visits Change of chef? Found it expensive perhaps because of the large serves

The staff at Al Nawab are simply amazing and very attentive. Food is fantastic. Recommend the chicken Kastoori Handi ( med spicy ) & Chicken 65 Biryani , also the chicken 65 on its own is delicious.

Food was very good. Would highly recommend. The only thing that would require improvements is the service. Wait staff were not attentive. We ordered drinks and all the other tables around us who came in later receive there drinks before us. We had to flag down and prompt a waitress to get our drinks despite ordering soft drink and pre-prepared mango lassi. A smile or apology would not hurt either. Other wise restaurant could be 5stars.

Mashallah superb quality food. Fast service didn’t have to wait long for the order. Nice clean environment. But the restrooms need to be more cleaner and tidy and the waiters need to be more customer friendly as some of the male waiters were finding it hard to communicate properly. Overall food is best and awesome and I have become a regular customer.

You guys don’t have Biryani..Pakistani restaurant ho ya Indian this two countries are popular for biryani too

Great food, service is a bit all over the shop but the wait staff are lovely so it doesn't matter.

On trays were amazing but main course was normal. We expected it to be better than Indian ones but the curries are bit under rated.

Food was extremely delicious. Customer service could have been better. It was really hot inside, AC was off. Had to get the waiters twice to work the AC.
