The food was great my steak was very tender I have told a few people and I will go Back again

Never again, waited over an hour for food, came cold! Had to yell all night to be heard, acoustics are dreadful.

The noise level is really loud and difficult to hear others talking to you. The square tables are very small for grown adult to sit at and the staff didn't seem to care. We needed to put menu etc.... on the floor which can be unsafe for other visitors and staff.

Food was great, the new bistro is bright and inviting but quite a lot of noise. Kids loved the play area. A varied menu.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic however the noise level in the restaurant made it very difficult to hold a conversation. I was surprised mid week that so many children were there.

Friendly staff, service very good and the meals were spot on. An enjoyable lunch at Amstel.

Visit was okay. My meal was over cooked and one meal was served after we all had finished. Atmosphere was okay service was bad as there where too many young people who didn’t know who’s meal was what. Value for money is good. Waiting time was bad as I said was waiting for one meal after we had finished had to go up and asked where it was. Noise levels are very loud.

A bit too noisy The food and service were excellent....only complaint was the main meal was bought out far too quick after entree. We were still eating entree, not even half way through when the mains arrived. So we felt rushed to eat entree and mains were a bit cool then .

Noisy. Over run by uncontrolled children. Designated table exactly where we requested not to be seated. No longer the pleasant dining we have experienced over the years as club members. Ccafe style at best!!!

Oleksii was our waiter and he was very friendly and very attentive..... we always find it quite noisy.... meals tonight were great.... we visited on a Tuesday night 2 weeks ago and my salmon meal was very ordinary.... it was like you had run out of things.... a very small piece of salmon, 3 potato slithers and 3 asparagus.... that was it.... much smaller than other visits.... tonight it was back to normal.... we live in the townhouses behind 7/11 so visit weekly....
