Argenton Hotel

Meals were served promptly despite there being a sizable crowd there. The playground was safe and enjoyed by the 3 children. Their meals were served without delay and the ice cream dessert was an added bonus.

Lovely relaxed family friendly hotel. Menu and meals were delicious and very friendly staff. I recommend to anyone. Great kid area but if your child free there is adult areas as well 😁

Great atmosphere, great service and great food. Kids had a ball in the play area. The renovations look amazing and it feels so open. Would recommend to all.

Food and service was great our only complaint was there were a few flies buzzing around and the air conditioning didn't seem effective..having said that it is so hot at the moment..great venue and decor! X

Air conditioning would have made evening more comfortable. Very stuffy in heat. With doors open Good good. Noisy atmosphere with doors to kids area open.

Nice food, nice staff, one meal took much longer than the others but they were very busy and these things happen. Won’t stop me from going back.

Amazing food as always and my kids love the playground. Such a beautiful evening celebrating my 5 years olds birthday. We will be back soon

Food was good, but no air conditioning on a super hot day, would of been nice if a sign was up or something on social media so we were aware, with small kids dining inside in 35 degree heat was not ideal

Lovely atmosphere, definitely a family pub! Great food, there were 3 of us we were all happy with our meals. We would’ve stayed longer and danced to the music played by the wonderful duo but it was just to hot. They are planning to update the power to cope with the aircon. We are looking forward to spending more time there when it’s cooler either weather wise or aircon wise.

It is a Great family pub. Play area large and best around. Food was great. Decor in and outside was very tasteful. Would definitely go back again.

My family and I had a great night, food was amazing as was the service. The decor' looks good and the restaurant seating and front bar is bright and airy with a good kids play area in the outside section. Will definitely be back.

Food wasn't all that great, was much better before it had it's makeover. Perhaps a bad day but the kitchen was not busy at all.

Loved our meal. Did not love that the air conditioning wasn't working and that there were blackouts. Felt for all the kitchen staff and general staff working in those conditions.

Food was great, customer service was excellent but no air con and on a day of over 40 it was really hard to enjoy it.

Took the family for lunch Christmas Eve, luckily we booked a table, considering how busy it was, service was quicker than expected and everyone enjoyed the food, I had read mixed reviews about the food, I was impressed and will go back.

Great food, good variety, would be good if you could book outside tables online as well as inside. Our Daughter enjoyed the playground as well

Twas ok, wanted to book seat near playground. I called multiple times but no answer nor returned call after message. There was cabanas empty. Food was a little slow

Food, service, staff etc were all of a very high standard. I have been with my family and friends several times and had a similar experience each time. Have already recommended it to several people already this morning. Thanks for a great night.

New renovations so the Power kept dropping out put everything behind may be better once all the glitches are out. Once everything was fixed good service.

The food was above the normal pub food offering Tapas, the outdoor play ground and undercover seating is perfect for families. I do reccomend booking as there was only one table left on Friday night.
