It was service with a smile. Delicious Food. Amazing Coffee

Wait staff should be taking table orders as opposed to having to ordering via the QR code. Food took so long to get to the table and there were not many people dining. Two meals came out and then there was atleast a 5 minute wait for the remaining food to be served. Kids breakfast meal was not eaten due to the eggs and bread having paprika on it. Don't think paprika should be served on a kids meal. Water was not served to the table had to ask for it. Barramundi was meant to have a potato rosti but was served with a hash brown. Meals were served with no cutlery, had to approach the waitstaff to grab some.

Food and service was lovely. Green tea needs to have no additives. Had to get a replacement which was attended to with speed and care. A table for 3 reserved needs to be separate from other diners as well especially when requested and with hard of hearing guests.

Awesome cafe, My wife wanted a certain meal, on the Q R ordering system said it was sold out. Spoke with the Chef as he was doing a walk around, not a problem to whip it up for her. 10/10 great atmosphere, clean/Busy Cafe. Will be going back 2 x Adults 3 x Children Great value for your $$$

We waited a very long time to be served initially, had to ask for menus. Food was excellent with very good presentation. Milkshakes were fair, lack of presentation. Wait staff not very attentive and lack of attention to detail. Not a good look for them to be looking at their phones when dishes should have been cleared. We all miss Rhys very much, he knew his stuff, the owners have not been able to successfully replace him with anyone as good.

Ariel’s in balgownie is always a great venue to eat breakfast, morning tea, lunch, or just a coffee, the service is always friendly and prompt. The food is delish, it’s our go to place.

Food was good. Service wasn’t great. This place seems to be going downhill.

We really enjoy coming to Ariels in Balgownie, the food is always delicious, we are slowly making our way through the whole menu. There has not been a bad meal yet! The staff are always friendly and eager to serve us.
