Oven baked chicken breast filled with ricotta cheese and spinach wrapped in prosciutto. Served with roasted baby carrots, potato mash and white wine reduction.
Bistecca
Wagyu fillet, grilled and served with creamy mash, green beans and fetta with a red wine jus.

Rosemary and garlic marinated lamb backstrap, grilled and served with pea mash, white beans and beetroot cheeks.
