The menu here showcases modern Australian cuisine, prepared with care in a kitchen committed to the traceability of the ingredients that make it into each and every dish. Besides superb a la carte dining, the focus here is on private functions and celebrations. To this end, Benson’s have renovated their premises to include The Front Room, seating up to ten, the larger Private Dining Room with views through 100-year-old windows to the courtyard, and The Courtyard itself, a semi-covered and intimate space for alfresco dining.
