Berri Hotel Bistro

The food was nice. The staff was also nice. It was 3 of us. 2 ordered meat, 1 a rice bowl. The meat arrived and no rice bowl. I had to ask where was the rice bowl because the other 2 were almost done with their meal. We were there to celebrate 2 birthdays, so it was a bit disappointing

Service was fast food was delicious, little hot in there but it was a stinker of a day.

Our meals were excellent. A bit disappointed at the limited cocktail menu; could not get a dry gin martini with an olive. Resticted to the cocktail menu which was meh.

Food was presented very nicely, although hot vegies were VERY undercooked and not possible to eat with the fork

Ordered 4 meals at the same time and the first two meals came out then the other two meals were about 20 Mins later had to eat our meals in front of the other two at ou table...table 20 by the way

Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was reasonably prompt.

Maybe staff serving meal have a better attitude. Also know how to serve to table meals without tipping food onto the table

Food was bland and not hot on top. Wouldn't bother going again.

Uncooked batter in the fish enidible obviously a little rushed . Disappointing

Lovely meal, nice setting. A bit of construction work going on, so took away the views of the river.

The cheesecake was amazing.. yum.. my hubby enjoyed the pizza , my walnut and pumpkin salad was okay

Chips were quite salty, batter was overcooked & quite tough. Too much vinegarett on the salad. Service was friendly & timely.

Shown to table by a smiling Stewardess , went and ordered lunch .Beef schnitty with creamy mushroom sauce (10/10). Wagyu Burger (10/10 . Not expensive meals but definitely well worth the price . Will definitely go back .

One meal (parmigiana) was perfectly cooked but the salt and pepper squid was over salty and undercooked with the coating soft and stodgy. Meals came out super quick suggesting they were not fresh cooked.

Food was really great, lovely hotel, great service. The only reason I’ve marked it down was the air conditioning. I’m not someone who likes it ‘cold’ in fact I often don’t use our ac when others would but it was just not working well or was not set at the right temp. Walking thru to the bar directly under a vent or a fan seemed good. We planned to have dessert, coffee and a few drinks but instead we left.

Food was good but there computer crashed about 2 hours before we got there and they couldn't find us a table even though I booked about 3 months ago, eventually they found us a table in a corner

Big breakfast for 2 and the service was fantastic .
