Stunning Indian dishes and a beautiful atmosphere combine to create an unforgettable dining experience at Sydney’s Blu Ginger in Castle Hill. One of three locations – there’s two more in Canberra and McMahons Point – the Castle Hill premises are particularly bright and lovely, with hues of red and orange throughout. Found on Castle Street at Castle Towers Shopping Centre, Blu Ginger makes Indian cuisine fit for royalty available for the masses.
Food & service was excellent. Only suggestion is that you don't sit at the front table near door as it was continually left open and was freezing, Needs an automatic door closer. Would definitely go back.
