This is the 2nd time. We'll definately be coming again

The restaurant was so busy our reserved table was the small high table with little stools. Not very comfortable for a birthday dinner. We didn’t want to stay, as they said they were triple booked. Will have to try again, if we get around to it.

Fantastic food at a reasonable price and would highly recommend for great dining.

I was excited to give Bluegrass a try as I really enjoy barbeque. My SO and I went for our anniversary. The atmosphere is nice, there is limited indoor seating but ample outdoor seating. The servers were all very attentive and Bluegrass has a nice drinks list. For a Saturday night, I expected a wait but was surprised when our food came out what seemed like only minutes after we ordered. The portion sizes are large and the service is fantastic BUT... the food was only okay. The coleslaw, cucumbers, ranch fries and even my SO's sandwich were smothered in mayonnaise. The Philly Cheesesteak was short on meat and as mentioned before had mayo on it. The brisket, according to the menu, is smoked then 'mopped' with sauce; which is a great way to cook brisket - however, that's not how this brisket was cooked. There was no bark, the bbq sauce was gelatinous (not thin like a Memphis-style bbq sauce should be) and sort of plopped on top of the sliced meat. This place has so much potential to be great...

Unbelievably good. The iced tea was exactly how I remembered on my last trip to the US. And the meals were deliciously authentic. We will def be back!

Although the staff were very friendly, there was really not structure in who was waiting on us etc. The food was average, but the meals were big.

I really really enjoyed the food. Will definitely go back soon. So much more to try from the menu. Service was good. The decor lacked the feel of a bbq house but not bad for a local shopping centre.

Very tasty burgers, very generous portions of the loaded fries. Have tried other Burger restaurants close by but nothing compares to Bluegrass for flavour, value for money and customer service

Service was good, quick and efficient. Food was great, very tasty.

The service was really good. The burgers were really delicious. The ribs were dry and didn’t fall off the bone- little disappointing. Sauces were amazingly.

I would have liked some ambient bluegrass/country music to set the scene. A suggestion is to have more related images on the wall. One thing I found confusing was there was no greeter, so I didn’t know where to sit. I didn’t like having to walk past everyone to the back of the restaurant to be taken back past everyone to be seated

The food is always consistently good, real flame grilled flavour and taste. The staff are always friendly and welcome us back especially Simew who gives outstanding customer service.

They just did everything right.. the beers, service & food were awesome! Best burgers ever!!

We have visited here regularly since it opened have loved the quality and authentic American bbq taste of the food. Make sure you book as they get very busy.
