Bombay Talkies Eatery Hillarys serves up Indian street food like no other. You’ll find this rooftop dining spot in Westfield Whitford City, Perth right on the corner of Marmion Avenue and Whitfords Avenue. The menu at Bombay Talkies Eatery is so much more than curries, rice and naan bread. Expect lots of chaats, samosas, biryanis, bhajis and everything else in between. A few standout dishes on the menu include the chilli cheese toastie with green chutney and masala fries; the spiced baby calamari served with mint and coriander aioli and the potato dumplings with tamarind chutney. As you can see, a feast like no other awaits at Talkies Perth, so you’d best be reserving your spot right now!

Uber eats was put ahead of customers in the restaurant. Had to wait 45 minutes to get our starters. So we had to leave without having ordered our main course.
Decent Indian fare. Avoid Biryani - it was more like spiced masala rice. But then most Indian restaurants in Perth are terrible at Biryani. Sev Puri snack was potato mix from samosa / vada bondaa mix . Bad too. My ratings on our order: Veg Samosa: 4.0/5.0 Paneer Shaslik: 3.5/5.0 Chicken 65: 4.0/5.0 Chilli cheese toast: 4.5/5.0 [real surprise] Goat Biryani: 1.0/5.0 Sev Puri: 0.0/5.0 [bad indeed]
