Problem at Bistro with use of Restaurant Gift Card from The Card Network. Older woman staff member was rude & unhelpful. Will not attend this venue ( Buckleys ) again.

Not impressed, won't be back, food was served in dribs and drabs so that by the time my daughters meal arrived the other dinners meals were finished, daughter in laws gnocchi was tepid when it arrived and cold by the time she finished and the amount of salad I was served wouldn't feed a mouse, only good thing was the playground

Food was great, beyond happy with the service. Would have liked to be closer to the kids area for our kid but that's not Buckley's fault that's my own for not specifying. My kids loved the play area. Great range of billsons which was awsome. Definatly coming back!

Great service and a great place for a large family especially the play area, grandchildren love it.

Entree ordered by one guest as a surprise for the party came after 3 people were served and half eaten their main meal while remaining 4 had nothing. He canceled and was refunded. Next guest served meal, finally last 3 guests served meals after first three had finished theirs

I think most of the guests enjoyed their meal. I was disappointed in mine( which was a first) a steak cooked to my liking but this one had a lot of fat in it, and to be honest 2 prawns and 2 scallops for that price was a bit steep. Sorry. Otherwise staff great. Very busy night with the place booked out, but they coped well and we sat in a good place where it wasn’t loud. Overall they did really well.

We love coming, however the meal tonight was not to the standard that we are familiar with. Bit disappointed.

First time visit for quite a while, we had the Parmi meals and they were all quiet good.

Great service, cheap drinks , meals a little over priced. Vegetarian Parmi absolutely delicious

If it wasn't for the fact the kids area was great for my daughter, there would be nothing positive to say about the place other then some of the staff were nice. We had a party of 10 and not a single person, not the adults nor the kids, finished or enjoyed their food. Personally, I had a chicken schnitzel and it was overly sweet and otherwise tasteless. Even the chips were cold and hard, as if they'd been double cooked but let to cook both times before coming out. Two people at the table had Baby Back Rubs, which were beef and not pork... which his odd as baby back ribs are taken from the back and loin of the pig. I could go on. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food, only for it all to come out at different times, and be as bad as it was.

Great service from friendly staff, and always really good food at reasonable prices. Plenty of on site parking and easy access.

Too many kids running around making it a bit unruly and noisey. Has to be accepted though due to the type of venue. Main meals took a little bit of time to arrive but sweets were excellent

The food and service were okay. Our order was mixed up with the table next to us. A little incompetent but was rectified with staff who handled the situation very well and very apologetic.

Staff are all extremely helpful and the entertainment for kids of all ages is great for a cold wet day.

They were super busy and my meal ended up coming out last for the table and it wasn’t even hot.

Pumpkin salad was overloaded with way too much quinoa which made for a very disappointing meal

Food was amazing but a little bit too much dressing on the salad and too much fat on the scotch fillet steak but the cheesy garlic bread was amazing 10/10

We were surrounded by tables of people celebrating birthdays. We should have been given a table to the side away from the noise. Otherwise food and service was good.

The food wasn't as good as it used to be, and one lady got her meal about 6 minutes after the rest of.

With a booking for a total of 39 people for a work function being spread over 2 different zones was ridiculous! There was a table that sat 20 behind us that we could have had to keep our group together! Trying to get the food ordered under one tab was also nightmareish!! Too many people trying to coordinate it…. Shambles…. On the positive the food was excellent…. Management need to reconfigure how they manage large bookings or they will look patronage!!

Some food items were terrible. For example the nasi goreng was sitting in a pool of soy sauce. Considering this is a "rice" dish, there was little rice but a lot of cabbage, capsicum, bean shoots and other fillers. Another person at our table ordered the vege stir fry. It was abundantly clear the only difference between these two dishes was noodles and rice. The same dish presented differently. Horrible rice dish.
