The staff were very helpful & excellent. The food was great, it was the perfect place for birthday celebrations.

We had a great family catch up. The food was great and good atmosphere. The children loved the play room and Uncle Bucks ice creamery.

We go to Buckleys for the great kids facilities. However, myself and my daughter are vegetarian and your menu is extremely limited in that regard. Next time I’ll be eating at home before we go.

Waited like 45/50min for mains kids ate 30min before parents and the food was way over cooked. Not happy at all

Meal sizes have dropped off since our last visit to Buckley‘s. The seniors roast of the day was shockingly small and only enough for a six year-old child and some of the staff were a little bit grumpy today and we don’t know why.

Overall a great experience a shame that there isn’t a dairy free ice cream or even dessert option for kids

Parma was great, chips were tasty, kids enjoyed fish bites. The kids pineapple pizza could be significantly improved, but really we went for the kids to enjoy the play area. My husband and I had fun with the kids playing the claw lolly machine and walked out with arms full of toys, chocolates & lollies. Fun night out for dinner.

Our meals were lovely. This kids meals came out super quick and we all enjoyed our meals. I ordered the salt and pepper squid, if it as a little less salty it would have been PERFECT!

The food was disgusting and overpriced. Frozen chicken parmi defs not fresh and not real chicken. No flavour or seasoning on any of the food.

Last night, the food was exceptionally good. We dine here regularly and find some nights are hit and miss, but last night my husband and I both commented on how much we enjoyed meals.

Great staff and serve. The food was lovely and the meals areas were clean and tidy and very comfortable.

Have never been rushed out of a place before. Was told we had table for 2 hours. Which is fine, from 1hr30 we were reminded to make sure we leave the table soon so they can clean it for next people… even after our 2 hours up they would’ve had 15mins til next people booking started so not sure why they needed to rush us out the door.

I don't feel that there is much care from the staff. It is blatantly obvious that they have been asked to clear up tables as quickly as possible, so that the tables can be filled again with new patrons. It wasn't very welcoming when we advised the details of our booking to the staff member and were told that we had to leave by a certain time, because our table was booked after us. I have a small appetite and noticed that I wasn't allowed to order from the kids menu because it was for under 12 years old. I ordered a pasta dish, but could only eat a quarter of the serving. I wanted to take the rest home, so that I could have the rest for dinner, but was told by the staff that I couldn't take the remainder of my meal home, because you weren't licenced to do so. That is disgusting. It would be nice if you rotated your menu more. Quite boring, to have the same options all the time. If it wasn't for the awesome kids area, we wouldn't bother coming back.

Found bits of plastic in our main meal Parma was dry and there was hardly any chips on the plates including kids meal there was more fish than chips

We do like going to Buckley's. It's always a pleasure. We asked for and got a booth, so we could talk with less noise.

Good venue for families with children but not for diners without kids, very noisy. Menu has a variety of options at affordable prices.

Buckleys is such a great family friendly restaurant. The pricing of the food is amazing and the atmosphere is buzzing! My kids always ask to come to this place because they love it!
