Meals came out surprisingly quickly given the crowd, ave they were delicious! Kids had a ball playing and finishing off with Uncle Bucks!

First time visiting and we had a great time. Friendly service, good food, nice family atmosphere and amazing facilities for the kids. Only downside is Buckley's is 2 hours from home otherwise we would be back more often!!

Would really like it if they would change the menu up, or even have specials again like they did before Covid and the courtesy bus running again would be great

Service was great, food was fantastic. Kids had a ball in the playground. Only issue, which isn’t really an issue, was being seated right in front of the huge TV screens in the bistro as the restaurant was full. And the noisy environment gets a bit much, especially for anyone with sensory issues. (Not any fault of Bukleys however, it’s popular and gets very busy) Otherwise, I’d highly recommend going there..

Reservation was at 7.45 only available and playground closed at 8.30 on a Saturday night. Keep it open longer if you take bookings that late. Otherwise very happy with the service and food. Thankyou

A bit concerning that the rope climb up to the very high slide was broken in parts don’t feel that’s safe my son did hurt himself due to a broken bit and as this is our main point for visiting this response fee it should be fixed asap and on the other hand food was nice would be nice for wait staff to ask before leaning across to take a plate and maybe even wait to all meals have been finished

Great family restaurant kids love playing while we some some time to chat before meals come out, the food was yummy an d a hit with us all. Staff were friendly and helpful

Booking online was easy. The nacho entree was great. However mains were delivered 2 mins after tge entree. Waitress wasn't too keen on returning it to the kitchen to keep warm. When the mains returned they were cold. The slow cooked brisket was dry and stringy. The lamb shank would have been great if it had been hot.

Was good. Will come back. The ribs were great. An Parma as well

We found it had good food, good service. As there is a big play center there (awesome for families) it does get a little noisy with kids running around. But all in all good 'pub' style food

The service was amazing so accommodating and ladies were so lovely. Food was average (well only the parma's) not great value for money. All the other food we had was great.
