Buteko - Brazilian Bar and Restaurant

Chicken wings were still quite under done. Surf & Turf was also budget cut of meat .(Flank) Steak was ordered medium, came out blue. Was sent back TWICE… same steak was still blue. The chips and prawns were then cold. Dreadful! We got a full refund. 7 Surf & Turf were ordered & none of them were good. Not a good evening.

We enjoyed great food and our host was very courteous.

This was our second visit after we really enjoyed the first time and wanted to try other menu items. The weather is getting cooler and we were offered a heater or a different table when we arrived, which was nice. The only thing that wasn't spot on was the noise levels from the music (our table was right underneath a speaker). We asked if the volume could be dropped a bit and one of the staff sorted it out immediately then checked back to make sure it was ok.

Food below average, supposedly 4 steaks wouldn't classify them as steaks, not cooked well, chips over done too much salad not enough dressing and my daughters prawns not cooked properly. So won't be going back anytime soon.

A great place to grab steaks with a nice char grilled flavour. The chips are crunchy and really good too. The male staff were friendly.

Service was actually great apart from the lady at the desk who was pretty bloody rude.

It took a bit of time for the food to be served.for a group of 11 the food came sparsely over a period of 20minutes. We’d prefer to be served all at the same time. The food was amazing and the atmosphere great.

The food was plentiful and the majority was very good. We did find some not so great bits in the 'steak bites', but overall were very impressed. Next time I might not order so much as we could not eat it all.

Poor service. Were not even given menus when they found our table. Ordered on QR code for drinks - couldn't make amendments to food to order so went to bar. Ordered meals minus some ingredients due to intolerances but food still came with them. No one checked how food was or had any interaction from staff (other than ordering at bar) or customer service throughout. Food was bad too. Was really looking forward to trying. Will not return.

Great food and service and the drinks are a nice selection.

overall experience really good. great food presentation and tasty. good food options for kids.
