Good, tasty Mexican food which filled us up. Friendly staff. Good spot for dinner between going to different pubs in the area.

Apparently everyone else but us had a groupon. I guess we were subsidising everyone else as we did not. I have been to Cantina a few times, the food is fresh, although the prawn tacos had a little too much avocado (and I love avocado) and the margeritas are great!! That's where it gets expensive!!

The place smelt like sweat and BO. The salt and pepper squid was just out of a box, the serving size for guac was tiny considering the amount of chips provided and on that you’d expect a much larger serving size considering the $9 price tag. The siveche was larger cubed fish and didn’t taste fresh, I couldn’t stomach it. If you’re already drunk and not that hungry this might be the place to go but overall not a good dining experience.

Cantina bar is a great small bar with good food and friendly staff.

Cocktails were good, food was pretty poor, tacos all room temp to cold and meat tasted as if it had been frozen - no flavor, very watery, guacamole was sub par avocado was very chunky and very acidic also came in the tiniest bowl with a big portion of stale and dry corn chips. Didn’t bother to stay until dessert, left still hungry.

Great experience! Staff was really accomodating, and quick to respond to an email prior to the booking. Food was quick, assisted with dietary requirements. Banging Margaritas.

Smallish portions yet delicious food. But this meant we could sample more of the menu! They have $10 margaritas on Wednesday nights which was a pleasant surprise. A lovely, quiet place.

Really enjoyed Cantina Bar! Good happy hour but wish it was longer! Had a huge cocktail menu and they all sounded delicious! They have good Mexican food plus has a nice easy going vibe!

Good food, great cocktails but slightly slow service. Had to wait a while to get the waitress’ attention to order more drinks however great other than that.

The food was delicious and we LOVED the jalapeño margaritas! Overall it was such a festive atmosphere that we definitely look forward to returning to.

Loved it, better than I anticipated. Food was amazing, staff were great, very friendly and casual. Loved it, Ill be back. I went on a Tue nite, quite a few people in there, best to reserve table especially weekends. My new haunt ! Thank you Cantina Bar

Cocktails were amazing. Food was delicious and service was good. We had the Big board which gave us a taste of the menu and we also had tacos board which gave us a taste of 6 different tacos.
