Great Cantonese restaurant in Perth, great friendly service, a good quality cooking! Will go again!

My friend and I had a great time and felt valued. My friend is muslim and the waitress noted that we had chosen an item on the menu which had pork and she quickly made us aware of this. We really appreciated this. The ambience was great and the music was just at the right volume. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone.

The staff were lovely and very accomodating. It was a very busy night night for them so service was alittle slow. Coffee machine turned off so was unable to order coffee with our deserts at 9.15. A lovely place and very popular, lovely staff.

We had dinner as the reviews we read said dim sum lunch requires long wait times and quite chaotic. The food was excellent, on the expensive side, especially for the fish ordered, so best reserved for special occasions. Due to the lack of windows, I found the venue a tad claustrophobic, but the venue decor is very nice and suitable for a nice Cantonese restaurant. Will come again when I have a larger entertainment budget.

My expectation for food was pretty high due to the menu was for chinese new year dinner, which means it would be special. In fact, it was just OK, nothing special. However, the good point is for the lady boss and her staff. The lady boss accommodated to customise pre-order requests. The staff were friendly too.

Went here for a Valentines Lunch Date. It's my first time here, and I've been to other Canton Bay Chinese Restaurant in Carousel, so I was kind of expecting a similar Yum Cha-style dining. To my surprise, the place had a high-end fine-dining vibe. We ordered the salted egg king prawns and it was simply amazing! Will surely be back to try more of their fine dishes!

I love this place. The food is excellent. The service, setting and staff are brilliant and it is good value for money. I will be back, often.

The food was good whilst the service was only fairly good largely due to busy night in association to Chinese New Year festivity. I will go back to the restaurant again

We enjoyed a very nice meal at the Canton Bay on Mounts Bay Rd. Reasonably priced, good choice of food, very tasty and prompt service.

Pleasant dinning experience in this cosy and friendly place. Overall food is good . Would prefer the serving sizes up 20% . The roast duck is the star. Yi fu noodle serves could be bigger than other meat dishes and green in it will enhance taste and palette. Nice and relax embance ⭐️

The best Chinese or Cantonese in town. It’s all good but the salt and chilli squid, Szechuan chicken, special fried rice, mixed green vegetables with garlic and any of the prawns is perfect.

Dined at this restaurant when it was newly opened and found the food “ordinary”. Revisited last nite and the food was of a really high quality. Duck was tender and not fatty. Ordered a ‘not usual’ fish dish and enjoyed it thoroughly. Service was attentive and ambience was classy.

Nice decor, excellent service and the food is exceptional. Tucked away in a quiet part of Mounts Bay Road, via a small entrance, it opens up to a sophisticated and intimate feeling restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!

They didn't see my booking until I went in. The lady was lovely to make a table for us rather than telling us to go away. Food is good as always and service is always speedy.

Food was absolutely delicious, and made from the best produce. The Xiao Long Bao/Shanghai dumplings were the best we've had in Perth. Lovely restaurant, set up really well so not too noisy, with nice separate booths for tables of 2. Would definitely recommend.

The meal was excellent and the service was very good. It was my first time visiting Canton Bay Restaurant - I will definitely be going back and also telling my friends and work colleagues about this place.

We celebrated our friend's birthday at Canton Bay on Saturday. The service is good as always. We ordered king prawns in Szechuan sauce, Scallops with ginger and spring onions, roasted duck, spinach and pull dry scallop. Overall yummy except the roasted duck is slightly overcooked and tough. A good selection of beer and wine too. We had a great night out.

Service was much better than expected, reasonably priced and authentic chinese food. Interior is cosy but well decorated. We brought our own cake, and it was cut and served beautifully to each person! Definitely coming back!

Food was generally tasty but portions very small esp pork belly with soy sauce dish. Only came with 4 pieces! Given our total bill came to about $500 they weren't very accommodating in allowing us to enjoy member benefits on the spot.

Fantastic party with excellent service dispute that evening was full house . Friendly staffs and food was delicious and generous servings. Well presented and good mix of variety for our guest of 14 people.

We ordered the yam and duck, the duck was a bit overcooked, but overall the food was nice. Their fried ice cream is one of the best I have eaten so far in Perth. The service was good.

someone else sat on our table when we were told to wait at the bar. But they quickly explained to the other group and had everything resolve which was very good! food arrived very fast that made the night great!

Superb food with interesting dishes. The scallop macadamian is a must try. Stir fried vernison with ginger is very good too.
