Noise levels were caused by our own party with toddlers. The staff were absoulutely amazing in tolerating our children. They placed us in a great spacious area. I hope the other customers weren't too affected by our families noise! The staff were absoulutely lovely! :)

The food was average, 4out of 9 wernt happy with there meals.

We ordered our drinks, waited over 30 minutes to receive them! Then there seem to be quite a wait for the food. I seemed to be squashed in at the seating at the table, if I needed to be excused, I wouldn't have been able to get out. I know it was a busy day being Father's Day even so, put on MORE staff to cater for. Just a suggestion!!!!

Very happy. Accomodating staff. Very helpful, mum has a walker and they made sure we had plenty of room. Food was delicious. Thank you

Amazing food and service. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. Great value dining out.

As always the food and service was excellent. It’s wasn’t very busy for a Saturday night. They do the best vegan snitty here and the fish n chips portion was huge! My only suggestion would be to consider replacing the chairs. They are very hard/uncomfortable wooden straight back chairs. We will be back though.

The food was delicious, as always. Atmosphere - is usually quiet and was again, but was also very cold, and they didn't have the beautiful fireplace going in the height of winter. Service - was ok but mostly disappointing was the staff wearing track pants and a hoodie. Supposed to be a restaurant, not a take away shop.

Our starter, I think was forgotten, but the staff said that it got sent to another table in error, but they did give us a small bowl of chips as compensation, a couple of drinks that was ordered were also forgotten and I felt that we waited a long time for our main course, but when it did come the food was lovely

waited an hour, didn’t get our main meal as was over the wait, the other patients were ridiculously loud which really put us off as we couldn’t even talk to each other. The girl at the register tried charging us for 3 raspberry sodas but only received 2. Very disappointing, was our first time but won’t be returning. Worst experience

Our server was fantastic. There were only a few other tables dining at the same time and it was great that they spread us out across the restaurant so we each had our own space. Much better than being bunched all together. Espresso martinis were mixed well. All the dishes we ordered were well presented and tasted delicious. The dressing on the prawn salad was a bit too sweet but was still so tasty. All the seafood was cooked beautifully. Throughly enjoyed our dining experience today.

We had a lovely dinner at Carmel’s, food and drink were fantastic - cooking of the steaks was perfection. Friendly and attentive staff looked after us. Highly recommend!

We visited for lunch today with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food and wine was value for money. Although there were a number other groups in the restaurant, it was not noisy and easy to have a conversation. We will definitely visit again
