Food was over cook & pasta have no favour at all. Service was not friendly not helpful too.

Food as always was sensational, good size serves. Very popular for good reason but unfortunately and probably unavoidably the tables were a bit cramped. Service was great, very attentive and prompt.

Warm welcome as we were shown to our table promptly. Pleased to see that social distancing was in place. Had a giggle at our plates being delivered in paper bags...and .it then went downhill. Placed our entree, main meal and drinks order at once and the. The wait began. Our curiosity turned to the table behind us, that had their plates and wine glasses already set out, oh wait, there’s another table too!! Both guests arrived and the red carpet was rolled out! The owner couldn’t do enough for them. The waiters were falling over themselves trying to serve them with free bread and drinks, all whilst we sat there waiting and waiting and waiting for ours! Oblivious to us sitting there with nothing, the owner continued to make sure they were looked after. 45 minutes later our food arrived...well our main did but not our entree or our drinks. The waitress was lovely and promised it was on its way, but it was easily another 10 minutes after our main that our entree arrived, by which time half our main was eaten. We were still waiting for our drinks, Finally our drinks arrived just as we finished our mains and by which time we were over it! To add insult to our experience, the owner pushed another “regular” into the spot behind us, clearly ignoring the distancing rules set out by our government!! As we paid the lady at the counter apologised and gave us our entree for free, I should think so!!, she then threw her colleague under the bus stating “The pizza chef is new and obviously struggling to manage how we work” .....my thoughts were....did he also cook the entree and make the drinks?? Very unprofessional. Love to support local businesses and in honesty, will the miss our patronage? probably not, but there are plenty of other places we can and will visit in the future for proper Italian hospitality. We won’t we back.

Got there 6:30, was asked what we'd like straight away. We explained we needed to read the menus first and make our choices. They did not come back for 15 minutes. We ordered. Our mains arrived AFTER 8pm. The meals were generally good to very good except a ravioli dish my wife had which was very dry and powdery. Very poor excuses were made for wait times with the person seating and taking payments saying "you waited just as long as others". That may be true for some but there were definitely people in, dined and out after we sat down but before we got our meal. Meanwhile Uber was in and out constantly. The Restaurant has lost sight of it's purpose and really should close the restaurant because they prioritise take out very much obviously.

Amazing time here. Even though I booked late. I took my 2 sons out for a 'date' had a good time, food was delicious and I didn't have to cook or clean.

We LOVE Casa.. We LOVE it that much we eat it once a week in our house - our go to Italian!! Even better with free delivery! 💜

Thank you it was a lovely night celebrating my daughters Birthday with family & friends.

Noise level was only unpleasant, because of the table near us and the 4 people, that were complaining about every single thing, i think they were looking for a free meal, to which the staff responded to very patiently. It did spoil the night out for us, as they were not quiet about it......but that was certainly nothing on the restaurant, they were fabulous and i would go back:)

Food, drinks and service was of the highest standard. My parents didn't like Italian food till we dined at your restaurant. Will definitely be back with friends as well as this place is a gem and they wouldn't want to miss out either! Compliments to all staff for a job well done!

A delicious meal all round , we had the rib eye steak and pepper sauce with chips and veggies , it was delicious but a too large a portion for me , still I did my best . The staff attentive , a lovely evening all round 😃
