A staple in any Australian suburb is having a good local pub to relax, indulge in a few coldies and feast on a classic Aussie pub meal. Helensburgh has been blessed with one such establishment that has been operating since 1886, and it’s not hard to see why. The Centennial Hotel, south of Sydney is a classic, unpretentious hotel offering up a variety of cold beer off tap complete with a menu that includes Australian pub favourites like chicken parmigiana, lamb cutlets and pasta dishes. The food is delicious and excellent value for money, so add this to the excellent service and you’ve got yourselves a winner. Located on Parkes Street, book a spot today in this historic and charming hotel.
Food & the atmosphere was good. A nice relaxing afternoon. Will certainly eat there again in the future. would recommend venue to locals and visitors alike.
Large group booking and we waited 90 minutes for our meal! Very disappointing. Wasn't very busy and meals weren't that fancy. No communication or apologies just the way it was!
