Overpriced for what we had and being a warm night I would have thought the water would have been refrigerated or at the very least given some ice rather than just out of the tap. Pizza was ordinary nothing special although coffee was great. Won’t be dining there again. Not worth all the hype.

Overall, for me it was below mediocre considering the experience I’ve encountered with this franchise. The service reminded me of maccas drive through at 2am. The food however I enjoyed because I was starving. Would I come back? Respectfully No.

Meals were beyond our expectation, and quite good servings. The atmosphere was just right on this visit not too noisy. Problem was we got too comfortable and kept ordering so we wouldn’t have to leave. ♥️🤣

When I arrived it took about 2 min for the lady to come to the front to ask are we ok. She was having a drink with the fellow team member laughing when they both looked at us and didn’t do nothing. Coming from customer service you attend you guest straight away even though it a great atmosphere staff are really pushy

Mains were cold. No sauce given with the steak ordered. Prawn risotto tasted off. It was the zucchini. The taste wasn’t pleasant. Pizza was great.

Great food. We had a lovely time. Great selections of food even as a vegetarian. Loved the décor in the bathroom. Too bad that the sitting is only for 2 hours. Was a bit short for us which meant we had to get desert elsewhere.

Starting with the entree two were very nice natural oysters and the octopus , calamari rocket . the fig salad had a hair in the bowl which we returned. The aranchi 3 Truffle and 3 Bolognese sauce were all lukewarm couldn’t eat them. As we were eating the entree, they started bringing out our mains. No good. With the mains, my wife ordered the barramundi. The piece of fish was that small hardly no sauce on the plate to go with it same with the salmon. My son and I had Stirle steak. There was more fat on than meat. My mother‘s calamari she said it was okay. The quantity was good on her plate. My daughter’s pasta was very nice from what she told me. Would I come again? I would. my wife really want to try the fig salad (without hair). Hopefully the second time will be a better experience.

They were a number of issues with the premises and Service. Several times I had to asked for the blaring music to be turned down. The main course was served to us before we had even finished eating our entrees.

First time at Crinitis. We had a large group and although would have preferred to be closer to the windows, totally understand being further back. The outside table were also lovely and the restaurant had a great feel. The service, waiters etc was great. My gnocchi was a bit dry but all the other meals were good.
