Criniti's - Kirrawee

Absolutely terrible experience! We went to Criniti’s for my husband‘s birthday and we were so disappointed. We had a booking and were running a couple of minutes late then still had to wait 10 minutes for our table. We had to wait for ages to order, then when we did order our waiter asked if we wanted the pasta and arancini as entrees and pizzas as mains and we said yes. Our drinks and all our food was taken to the wrong table before being brought to us, and we had 5 things brought to us by mistake. When our entrees came out we had to ask for plates and cutlery. Then we had only just started our entrees when our mains were brought out. We decided to get dessert and my husband was well and truly finished his dessert before mine came out after I had to chase it up. I then had it explained to me that mine took longer to make than his did. Then when we wanted to pay out waiter told us to go inside to pay because he was finishing his shift. Overall the food was alright, I will give a big shoutout to the donut fries which were amazing. But definitely not worth the overall experience, don’t waste your time and money going there!

The food is lovely and comes to the table at a timely manner. However drinks service slow. And the restaurant is freeeeezing! Take a warm jacket!

well where do i start when i booked the resturant i asked to have a bench table on the sides when we got there we was seated in the middle by the door it was a cold night and they keeded the door open the door open the draft was cold when i asked to be moved was told no , i wasnt the only customer to complain about this , also the service was very slow when we got our meal it was cold from the draft coming in i ordered the seafood soup which came with shell crab when i asked for the tool to get the crab meat out of the shell was told they didnt have any vey disapointed

Female who seemed to be acting in the role of Head front of house had a cranky uninviting attitude and face from moment we arrived to moment we left. At time of payment she was insistent that their 1.5 charge was on all cards even for Eftpos Debit and she was adamant that she would do nothing about it even when we pointed out that new laws regarding charges on cards have come in. The fact is for a Debit Card it is no more than .5 % and normally businesses do not on charge this. It was mid winter and the restaurant was freezing.

I ordered the chicken parmigiana. $30 for a dried up piece of chicken breast I think is over priced. Took 30 minutes for them to give us a menu and it was cold inside.

Service was pretty crap! Waited for 20 minutes for a waiter to come & take our order. Our order was not complicated, waited for the hot chips for 40 minutes and then be told they were mistakenly taken to another table.

Criniti's never fails to please. Food and staff are great

Visited the venue on Saturday for our anniversary after a 10 minute wait we were shown to our seats which was a very small table crammed in the corner between a wall and a table full of other customers which made eating at the table a difficult and uncomfortable experience. Though the food was good the service from the wait staff was very unwelcoming and all in all made for a disappointing anniversary dinner

First and last time to visit a Crinitis in the suburbs -much prefer the food and vibes in the Woolloomooloo establishment.

Food was delicious - crinitis deliver on best pizza every time.

Worst experience. We didn't even end up staying to eat. They took over half an hour to even acknowledge our table.. then served a group that came in after us first, so we left and went elsewhere . Wouldn't recommend.

The only comment to mention is the menu items are over priced.

Apsara looked after us very well and she made our dining experience extremely pleasant. She was awesome.

Food was good but service was extremely slow. We were there for 3 hours. Not enough staff and place not at all busy

The customer service was terrible, waited to waiter for 45 minutes and to take my order. And once we finished eating we waited another 30 minutes to clear the table. Didn’t get ordered dessert and will never recommend to go there.

Great for our family of 5 to have a last minute decision for a smart casual dinner.

A LOT of food for the set menu, a lot of wastage. Very noisy and squashed in. Not very good service.

We were put outside in the wind tunnel. Was tooo cold. Not even a wall barrier available. 2 metre Pizza was average so we decided not to stay for desert.

We were squashed in and music so loud that can’t talk. My steak was tiny and $8 bowl of veggies were only small. They got pizza wrong but they did replace it and leave us the other one . Was a shame out experience was let down

Excellent service great food recommend to all to try won’t be disappointed.

Slow service. When meals came out staff didn’t know what table to deliver it too and would ask 1-2 other groups before landing at the correct table. We had to ask for plates to eat our food from. Some of the cutlery wasn’t clean. Average food.

Food was very bland & expensive for what you got. They should focus on less of a large choice but better quality. Menu very hard to read. Although we were sitting inside it was very cold.

One lady in particular was amazing - I’m sure she wasn’t even our waitress, the others hardly checked on us, received our entrees before drinks! Need to step up their service game.

Very disappointing! Though pleasant the service was incredibly slow and the food tasteless. 2 good dishes out of 6 ordered. Pasta very ordinary at an Italian restaurant! And managed to get two drinks in 3 and a half hours. Won’t be returning

very fast service but towards the end of the night when we oreded our deserts the it took a little while for the deserts to arrive but over all very happy with the service and food and they make an excellet virgin mitio form the mocktail section xx

Poor customer service. We had a bunch of different staff attend to our table so we didnt know who was serving us. Drinks way overpriced. Glasses bought to our table with the waitresses fingers inside the glasses. Tables not clean and very slow to get our food. We had to ask for the door to be closed dozens of times. The staff kept leaving it open and it was very cold. In the end we moved tables because the food was going cold

Pizza was fantastic, garlic bruschetta is over priced, drinks are also a bit expensive

Not enough staff for the amount of diners. The chef was actually delivering food to tables. Lasagne was cold, garlic prawns were tough & ask for more water twice & never received it. Quite disappointed.

Waited outside in the cold to be seated for our 7:30 reservation. Did not get in til 8:00

We were seated near the door, which kept being left open and due to the layout of the centre, it's FREEZING. They should have a door with hinges that self closes, as we had to get up every 3 mins to close it.
