Food was great but the wait from ordering to actually eating was disappointing and overpriced.

Food was nice but it was a very very long wait. Felt sorry for the one staff member on the floor who had to wait on tables all by herself. However, it was a public holiday so probably busier than a normal Monday, but this shouldv'e been considered when rostering employees to work. We waited with no plates or glasses of water for 45 mins before our entrees came out. Hopefully better next time.

Great food but service let them down. Waited twice for over 20 minutes for drinks after ordering and 6 of the 7 people got their meal at the same time and the seventh came as others were nearly finished eating and it was a pizza so should not have been too hard.

Seated in between large groups, no room around the table, everyone was packed in. meals were expensive for small portions. Service was slow. The food was tasty at least.

Lovely BUT... the music is too loud. I want to talk with the people I’m dining with. Please turn it way down. It’s not hip - it’s annoying.

50 + minutes to get a pizza!!! Entree was good

Service was slow considering there were only a few tables with customers. Also, when we ordered the drinks (cocktails) they came one at a time with a gap of a few minutes between each one. I would think they should all come together.

The food was excellent and the service was just okay however the prices were ridiculously expensive eg. spirits at $16.90 ea and Oreo milkshake at $18.00. That will teach us to check prices before we order.

It was a bitterly cold night out and it wasn’t much better in the restaurant! They seemed to be extremely short staffed. We all had pasta which was OK but not good enough to tempt me back!

Service was terrible. Staff did not come to ask about more drinks or even offer dessert. Food came out all different times and when we asked them for the bill it took them 20 mins to even get that sorted.

Friendly & helpful staff. Attended to our table quite quickly, and followed up a few times during our meals. A lovely surprise performance to celebrate my birthday. Well priced and delicious food. 1M pizza with 3 toppings satisfied the whole party (11 members) along with a few mains (kudos to a perfectly cooked lamb). Would dine again.

When we booked there was no where to book an inside table, which we where told on arrival it had to be made in a note

Very busy had to ask for our bill 3 times only to get wrong one given to us Female manager appeared to be lovely until I gave her the wrong bill back she then became quite short with me with no apology at all Food was great staff not the best Probably wont be back

Staff seemed cranky. My Husband was served his sweet 10 mins before us & found your Eftpos machine outside & returned it to the Manager. Slack!

The food here was fantastic, I would return here to eat again. Great menu choices, the restaurant was crowded but the service was quick. No long wait for meals. The staff are very attentive and pleasant.

Great food we loved the Vip membership service for my daughters bday the food was excellent we will be back

The restaurant was a strong cold draught through the restaurant, and the staff were reluctant to close doors due to looking closed. We sat in full overcoats for the meal which was cold soon after arriving at the table. To be fair to the restaurant, I suspect this is a problem in the design of the South village shopping centre but needs to be resolved with heating. The food was very tasty and reasonable value but $6.90 for a kids soft drink is over the top.

Cold draft. Slow service. Were waiting for the desert menu for at least 20 mins-there was no staff to even flag to bring the desert menu, and that was in an almost empty restaurant on Wednesday.

Pizza was great but it took an hour to come out. Then took another 30min to get the leftovers put into a box to leave

It was our first visit to this restaurant and will probably not go back. It was very noisy, the food across our group was average at best and over priced. I have been to the Crinitis at Manly and the food and atmosphere was much better than at Kirrawee.

Did the top meal $150 sea food plater. At first glance looked good, Close inspection salad was soft and old not fresh. Some parts of meal was hot others Luke warm, Had to ask for the chips, No taste in lobster just covered in white sauce, oyster were not cold left some on plate, When i paid bill was slugged with GST Twice for food $150 went to $168 and for drinks 2 bears in bottle $18 to $21. Would not recommend this restaurant to anybody. 1st time and defiantly last time. really put bad taste in mouth and upset guts, 0153 am needing toilet.

Very noisy restaurant inside so we chose to sit outside which felt like we were in a food court. Food was nice but not outstanding. Our main meals arrived a couple of minutes after our entrees. Overall not great

Disappointing overall. 20 minutes before someone even approached us after they sat us down and gave us menus. Errors with drink order. Arancini balls and sauce were bland. The bill was placed on our table and we had not even received our mains. King prawn pasta also lacked taste - two prawns in the whole meal. Pasta was also over cooked. Pizza's were tasty, but the pizza base was soggy. Dessert pan cakes were too think, stodgy and heavy. To top it off they charge you a surcharge to use a credit card when payung a $150 bill. Felt like they were trying to get rid of us rhe whole time we there. Won't be going back any time soon.

Booked & when we arrived could see they had clearly over booked. Was told there was a 10 min wait. 30 mins later still waiting for a table. Heard people complaining they were still waiting on food. While staff where running back & forth to Coles to pick things up. We ended up going to Lone Star just a few doors down. When we had finished & walked past Criniti’s saw the same people still waiting on their food. Would recommend people go to Lone Star instead. Great service. Lovely food.

Didn't get to the table they were so overbooked disgusted

Really was not that great. Overpriced dishes using canned beetrootin their salads. Would not take my family there again.

Noisy and cold. Food was good service was great. But too spartan and no ambience.

Restaurant was lovely and we had a pleasant experience. Waiting for food to arrive took a considerable amount of time though, more than 40mins and the entree hadn’t arrived. Waitress was friendly and pleasant.

Great restaurant, atmosphere was electric and food sensational. Would recommend to anybody.

The place was clearly overbooked when we arrived, there were people there that had been waiting since 1pm for a table they had reserved (ours was at 2). We ended up not even eating there because we had traveled to be there, we were starving and we didn’t want to be jammed in like sardines.

Delicious food and very friendly wait tone was reasonable I recommend it

It was a cold place to eat! They closed the doors for about 10 minutes to relieve the diners from frost bite, needed to have them closed! Needed blankets and beanies to enjoy the night! Otherwise the food was good!

Music was so loud we had shout across the table - had to ask 4 times before they turned the music down, very overpriced for pizza and pasta and the restaurant was freezing cold. Unfortunately not a great experience on Mother’s day, we won’t be back

Food was fantastic but wait staff were very nice but we had to keep asking for our meals and when meals came out staff didn’t know what they were serving us to ensure we had the right meals
