Dish & Spoon Cafe

We had really amazing service, everyone was so kind and upbeat and happy to help, it really added a lot to our dining experience!! The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly portioned, you can tell a lot of thought was put into choosing and incorperating each ingredient. The service was timely, as the staff are clearly very competent and on top of things. We will be coming back sometime soon and will tell our friends about this great spot!!

The owner is absolutely lovely, the staff are outstanding, it’s a happy space indeed. The food delicious and the coffee perfect. We were a party of 4 and everyone agreed that it was a great place. Definitely will recommend this place to our friends. And looking forward to coming back again soon. Cheers:)

The shellfish pie & mashed potato I ordered arrived barely lukewarm. They did reheat it a little but the pastry was overcooked and there was little shellfish. They did not bother to remove all the shell on the only prawn. Overall, very disappointing. This cafe does good sandwiches but needs to up their game with regard to meals. Even the tea I asked for was lukewarm & way too strong when I asked for weak tea.

The food was delicious. The service and ambience were really good.

Staff very friendly - very impressive. We asked for a quiet spot and the back veranda (?) area was good for that, but I think it would be noisy when full. My gluten free food was great and a good size. Everyone was very happy with their food. Once again the service was excellent.

Wonderful experience, all members of our party enjoyed the morning tea. Service was exceptional, the staff were great, very attentive, chatty, helpful and super friendly. Table service was prompt, no waiting around and the chocolate brownies were delicious, so moist and chocolatey. One member of our party bought one to take home, a sure sign that they are winners.

Food is great, as is the service. Very friendly staff. The loud music which thumped away did nothing to enhance the experience! People meet to chat! The music was, however, turned down on request.

Consistently hitting it out of the park in terms of personable staff and good service, delicious food/drink and laid back, light-filled, uncluttered and spacious atmosphere. Oh, and they're located right next to a park which their coveted table by the window with the blue wing chairs offers unrestricted views of.

We are a bunch of 10-12 guys who meet for breakfast a couple of times of year at Dish & Spoon. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great. The food and coffee is excellent. Unlike many other places, we really appreciate the no fuss attitude to splitting the bill.

I am a regular visitor - my first choice when someone says ' let's catch up!' Food, atmosphere and staff fabulous! Love the Mezza Scramble and the Bomba!~ yum yum! Fresh squeezed orange juice makes it perfect! You can expect to be welcomed everytime!
