Really nice and attentive staff, everything was delicious and easy
Booked via quandoo at least with 7 days advance notice. Turn up to the resto on the day itself and was disappointed to see that my booking is not taken into consideration and forgotten. There was a long q out there for dinner. At least they compensate by trying to accommodate us as soon as possible but it sort of defeat the purpose of booking in advance. Hotpot Train ingredients was also limited. Good business concept, but definitely room for improvement for customer service and food offerings. The watermelon was really juicy and sweet, we went for more.
Service was fantastic. Soup wqs flavoursome. Abundance of food. The cost was reason.
