Lovely food on time just perfect had a wonderful time with friends will go again

Food was average. The pepper beef tasted like it had citrus in it, very unpleasant. The atmosphere was a non event. Takeaway and dine in in the same room. Papers plastered on the walls at the front counter. Very untidy
We realised why the restaurant was lacking in people and atmosphere when we were later charged extra for dining in and $3.50 for tap water. The fabric tablecloth had already sauce smeared on it before we arrived. The staff were inexperienced and not willing to ask the chef info about the menu.
