About Cafe Eco

There can be few cities that are as close to nature as Darwin, and one of the advantages of being surrounded on almost every side by thousands of kilometres of bush is that there is a general appreciation of the strength of Mother Nature. Cafe Eco on Knuckey Street go even further than that, with a menu that shows the very best in organic and natural products. Take the trip into Darwin CBD to experience what they have to offer, and while the range of dishes available does change, we can certainly talk you through a few of the options. The chicken breast with feta and kale is always a favourite, and vegetarians will be spoiled for choice, with plenty of vegan bean burgers and acai bowls for breakfast, as well as superlative coffees and teas. Book ahead, though, as Northern Territory natives know all about Cafe Eco, and thus they can get crowded from time to time.

Good choice and range of food. The meals came out in good time, were fresh and light with nice complexity and depth. However, the serving size was a little small for the price.

Small, cosy cafe in inner city Darwin. Sufficient inner seating with range of options from menu. Address advertised is wrong though. Open for limited hours on the weekend.
