The best Japanese food in town with the most amazing service and hospitality. We felt like we were transported In very fine Japanese restaurant. Delicious food and graceful service

The ambience was lovely, but slow to get a greeting and shown to table. Then there was no service for the next 20+ minutes, at a table with hardly any breeze of the air-conditioning. Perhaps they were understaffed, but the ones there certainly have their blinkers on. When we managed to their attention, they were polite, but unapologetic and quickly rushes off before we have finished making our requests. Omakase sashimi was fresh and Wagyu Sukiyaki was delicious, but that's the end of compliments. The salmon in the sushi roll was not fresh and Edosei special entre was questionable.

Service was slow. Forgot our sashimi until we asked during the middle of the meal. Sushi also took more than 1 hour, in the end it was cancelled.

Standard Japanese fare; nothing remarkable but consistent. We were the only ones eating here tonight so the atmosphere was a bit lack lustre.

Service quick as always but Servings of meat seem to have shrunk. Kudos to the kitchen or wait staff for remembering they had forgotten my steamed egg and still brought it out after I had finished my meal. Probably wouldn’t come back for a while given the price. If you don’t like bugs stay away, salad had a dead bug in it 🤮

The best Japanese food I’ve ever had. The crockery was traditional, the food portions generous and the restaurant itself clean and furnishings comfortable.

Sad that the menu has changed although I fully appreciate that in these COVID-19 times, an abridged menu might be necessary. I was sad that many of my favourites are no longer on offer like agedashi tofu and grilled mackerel. Hopefully when times improve, these fabulous dishes will make a return. The restaurant was comfortably full without being crowded, but service was very slow today.

Beautiful atmosphere with good, fresh food, great for date night.

The food is very fresh and well made. Service is excellent with a lovely atmosphere. However, it is time for the team to start changing the menu as the dishes are getting boring (unchanged since it opened - I have been here several times).

Everything was perfect! My friends and i had an amazing dining experience! Just a little bit pricey for little servings.

10/10 for service and patience. We were late for our booking due to unexpected delays and they kept out dinner reservation without fuss. The waitress patiently explained the menu and checked in with us to ensure that we were happy with the food when it was here. Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere and excellent night. Will come again

Real Japanese food, a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth the money. Absolutely delicious and a very good service.
