the restaurant was empty which was ok. food was lovely however, we had to ask for service

Great service. Thought it was more casual then the photo were on the web. Dressed up and then we were over dressed 😞. Had a mishaps with our food , but chief came out to our table to fix it great manners .

If you want an entree size main, and have made the specific request for it to come out with other people meals, it is a little disheartening to have it served at entree. Requested that it be returned to the kitchen and come out with my side salad. Side salad was the only thing that arrived with everyone else's mains and then I had to ask for the entree size meal to be retrieved from the kitchen. It didn't appear to be overly busy in the Restaurant perhaps the kitchen was busy with room service orders. Either way, when this was relayed on making payment for the meal there was a brief apology and no discount offered. It just erks me that my entree size meal possibly sat for half an hour before I got it back...

Seems to cater for workers staying at the hotel. Clientele were typically dressed in shorts and thongs. Service was slow and somehow our meal was also delayed? When they apologised for the delay, I asked why and they said the kitchen had given priority to the cafe and room service. Everyone enjoyed their meal except the pork belly.

Food was yum but service was slow as there were more people than expected for a Monday night. Daughter waited 25mins for ice cream. Happy hour drinks were not explained correctly 👎🏻

Food and service all good. Comfortable modern surroundings. Just needed a bit more background music to create a bit of atmosphere and drown out background bar noise. Would go again. Prices ok.

Went there to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. He was the last to be served. Fish was dreadful . Had 2 children with us and had to ask twice for their meals while others had entres. No thought that at 6.45pm at night kids might be hungry Waiting time far to long . We had 11 at our table.

Long wait for meal slow for drinks. My Friends Steak was well done and cold. Wok of the Day was very good.

Food was fabulous but service was very slow, another staff member would have made the experience perfect.

Was very impressed with the lovely new venue. Very nicely set out with option To eat casually in the bar area near the pool, or move into the lovely appointed dinning room. Thankyou Eyre.
