Service was friendly but a little chaotic. Food was fine and not miserly. Only downer for me (and others will love it) was the noise as it bounced off the flat walls and floor.

Usually great food But tonight not so good. Pie n mash the pies tasted different and spaghetti meatballs was just like a heated up tin of diced tomatoes

The ambience was nice. The service was good. The Fireside Tower Burger was a great size but just lacked something, maybe a little more flavour. We are going to try the dinner menu next time.

Shown to our seats by a very attentive waiter who asked straight away what we wanted to drink. gave us time to look at the menu and took our orders when we were ready.great food

We had a lovely meal at the Fireside Grill. Food is gorgeous. Service is excellent and the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone and will certainly be going back.

The food was delicious and staff was so welcoming to new customers. Although I found myself waiting too long for my glass of wine because the waiter was underage to serve it and forgot to tell someone who was allowed to serve the drink. Other than that my experience was delightful and the live music brought such an amazing vibe.

Service was excellent however steak was very poor. Ordered sirloin i dont think it was sirloin it was more like round steak. Cant fault the service though.
