Flamez Indian Restaurant certainly know how to play with fire, with an obvious mastery of the tandoor oven on show at their cosy Keilor East eatery at Centreway. The spread on offer goes a bit further than most Indian restaurants in Melbourne, from the classic korma, butter chicken and fiery vindaloo onto some specialties like the stir fry vegetarian vanaspati (wok-tossed fresh vegetables), authentic north Indian chickpea cholle masala or Kashmiri-style pulao featuring basmati rice cooked with special dried fruits, and don’t pass on their delicious Indian desserts like homemade ice cream with cardamon and pistachio. Flamez Indian Restaurant is cosy and comforting, but it can fill up quickly so it’s always wise to book a table ahead of time to avoid a queue or missing out entirely!

very accommodating service, great quiet location. good food and offer the ability to vary heat of dishes to the customer, will definitely order via menulog.
