Quite disappointed, booked a table in advance for a Saturday date and been sat upstairs with a birthday party, near the toilets and staff area,were in a middle of movement, romance were killed, food was okay but wouldn't go back again.
I did not realise the restaurant had changed management until walking in and saw the heart and soul was ripped out of the place and was very cold with harsh lighting. The food was terrible, our party just did share plates and everyone’s thoughts were the same everything we ate was well and truly overcooked and bland. The duck looked like it had sat in the oven for weeks, the salmon was dry and overcooked. nasi goring had no taste. The dumplings were thankfully passable. We decided to have desert as what could go wrong there?? chose the fried ice-cream. I couldn’t even eat it so much breading on it and soggy, not good at all. Service was OK however 1 girl to service the whole upstairs left her run off her feet and our food came out prior to drinks. Will not be returning, this place was amazing before but now it's been ruined.

They didn’t have a table for us and I booked one on Thursday afternoon for a Saturday night. During dinner they made us to move tables to accommodate other customers.
