The Groove Train - Casey

Food and service were both fantastic. It's the third time we've been, and won't be the last. Great menu - something for everyone, and well priced.

They have great food and the portions are amazing, you definitely get your money's worth! Also great service, I'Ve been here two times now for both lunch and dinner and I'll definitely be back :)

Great meals, the service was a little over the top, felt rushed. just finished entree and my main meal was out, couldn't finish main meal.

Service was friendly, polite and timely. Meal was nice and seating was comfortable. Nice easy Sunday lunch. Price was reasonable for the size of the meals.

This was my third visit and it is not often I try different items from a menu, I usually try one thing and stick to it. bI have had three different meals at Groove Train and all have been great. Service has been great too.

Excellent meals which are very filling and excellent service, only compliant was that even after we placed our order and it was read back to us correctly, they still forgot my daughters meal and had to be reminded about it. They did apologize and brought it out ASAP.

Great Restaurant and atmosphere with excellent customer service and food. Menu had a good selection of dishes with something for every member of our family.

friendly staff and good service food was great and really worth the monies. The booths were a bit uncomfortable but it is better than sitting on the hard chairs

A great, relaxed environment for an afternoon catch up. The staff were helpful, the service was quick and our food and drinks were good. The kids especially loved the old school games!

We had a larger group of ten people and three younger children. The staff were so accommodating and polite. The service was great and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious and definitely value for money as the serving sizes are huge!

I was there with my family with two kids. Everyone enjoyed the food and the experience. Over all very happy with the food, excellent service.

Overall a pleasant experience. We went with our two small children and they enjoyed the free colouring items provided and the video game. My lamb pizza was delicious, but my husband said the chicken in his chicken burger was overcooked. The children didn't like the fact the Tropical pizza came with thin sliced sandwich ham (if you're going to make a pizza for kids, don't make it fancy, just use shredded ham like the pizza shop!). Service was just okay. Staff were friendly, and our meals and first drinks arrived promptly but then we seemed to be forgotten about. We had to look for staff a few times (to request colouring stuff, to ask for our children's pizza takeaway), and we were never offered a second drink, or desert. Groove Train is expensive for a lunch date for a family (kids meals at $12.50 and mains around the $30 mark) and probably wouldn't go again for a casual lunch, maybe a special occasion or dinner date.

Great as always. Service is second to none and food is always good at Casey Groove Train. Staff are so friendly always smiling and polite.

Food & service were fantastic. Busy Friday night but wasn't kept waiting at all.
