The Groove Train - Harbour Town

The food was really lovely, as were the staff when they actually came to our table. Unfortunately we had to ask all but once for them to take our drinks order, mains and desert. Then just after desert was served the chairs all around us were put on top of the tables, and it was only 8:30. It just tainted our birthday celebrations just a little

First off when we walked in, i said i booked online. The person said they dont care, tha they dont check online. Was very in our face. Then service was shit. Had to ask over and over and they werent prepared. Food was not good compared to other groove trains (we ate the same meal as we usually do). Toilets were horrible for men ans women. Seating was horrible. Will not be going back. 2 out of 3 of us went home and were sick.

When you walk in no one seems to want to serve you.Booths are all ripped.and disgusting..service was unintentive and food was ok.Easy to walk out without paying if you really wanted too.

great place to catch up with mates n have a nice meal. the location had nice view s and the staff were really friendly as well

Great quick fast meal. Family friendly atmosphere. We enjoy coming here with kids. Staff are super friendly..owner/boss is a classic and very lovely. Only comment is toilets were a bit stinky..toilet seat coming off and possibly do with a makeover.

Awesome food and great service Highly recommend . The prices are very reasonable and has the best chicken Parma in Melbourne . Do yourself a favour and check it out ..

With a group of 12, ranging in age from 16 to 73, we were very happy. The menu is fairly extensive, (check the and website) all the food we ordered was very good, in taste, value and quality. The staff were excellent, attentive, and very helpful. I'd certainly recommend the Groove Train Harbour Town, we'll be going back.

We had lunch here on a Sunday. Great food, super-helpful staff (especially as we have lots of food allergies and intolerances) and a lovely atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend this venue.

Good food and variety, great and friendly service. Prices are reasonable, We have been there several times and we will continue to go back again.

Booking online was simple and convenient. Food was quite good although vegetarian noodles were quite spicy. Service was quick and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience!

Lovely staff members. Beef salad was not the best. Our desert made up for it. Booked online and was running late but staff were very good and helpful.

Booked in for 6 people - service was a little slow but friendly. atmosphere good. the floor manager also friendly & chatty . very polite. the menu had something for everyone (even the fussy eater) . will go again. thanks

Food was beautiful service was poor. When the waitress came to clear the table ordered more drinks and the look on her face was like really.

We were not impressed - seated between 2 doors, it was freezing! my husband had the satay that didnt taste at all like peanut, just watery coconut. His rice was mush. My "moroccan lamb" was tasteless and tough and the rice has a strange sweet flavour but no saffron in sight and again no flavour. We were really disappointed. We tried to order dessert - someone gave us a menu but didnt clear our table, when we got the attention of waitresses who were just chatting, they told us none of the desserts were available (at 7pm on a sat night), we could only order the nutella calzone. For $60, this was a really disappointing meal, we wont be back.

Took my daughter and 6 friends for her birthday, we had a lovely time, place was great food was good service was good, just had one issue they put parmesan cheese on the parma and the child who ordered it hates parmesan so had to scrape off most of the topping , very friendly manager who makes a point of greeting and remembering your name. would definitely go back.

Excellent service very friendly and efficient staff, the food was delicious and was served quickly, everyone enjoyed their time there we will be back again.

Food was nice; service was friendly but slow and disorganised... items were delivered to our table that we didn't order and were added to our bill. Not a "well oiled machine"

Overall the food was very average, in a group of 8 no one really enjoyed there food which was a shame. The view was lovely and the service itself was fantastic could not fault the staff at all, if the food was better I would definitely come back for the service, but the food was too much of a let down sorry.

Nice experience at The Groove Train - Harbour Town. Good food and beautiful view under Melbourne Star. Yhe personal was friendly and the service pretty good.

Fish of the day and tandoori chicken pizza were good but wak chicken and noodle was a bit too sweet. Otherwise we quite satisfied our visit for the first time.

Huge choice on menu but meals did not come out together. Outside tables were a bit dirty. Food and atmosphere was good. An ok dining experience but room for improvement.

We had a group of 12 for a staff Christmas party. Food was great and staff were attentive without being intrusive. Options for our vegan staff too. Would recommend very highly!

Excellent customer services. Food came very fast and delicious. The view was so nice too when you sit outside. My boys loved the game at the front. Highly recommended.

This Groove Train is the ever.The staff are wonderful and welcoming and nothing is ever a bother.Why you eat anywhere else at Docklands is beyond belief.I Ove this place.

Great night out with friends for my birthday. Staff were very accommodating, allowing us to bring our own cake, storing it during the meal and then providing a knife, plates and spoons at no extra charge. They also very easily split bills which makes it really easy to dine as a group. Will definitely return.

Food was ok not bad but not overly tasty out of the seven of us only one really liked their meal the rest of us said it was alright Service was excellent

We shared a seafood basket which was absolutely delicious! Staff were attentive and helpful. Prices were very reasonable especially with an entertainment book voucher. I'd highly recommend a visit!

Meal and service was great. Cleanliness of toilets was a real turn off, very dirty. Mentioned to staff and they were very apologetic and said they would see to them, hopefully they did for other diners sake

Meal was ok, service was ok. Still the best choice of restaurant for this part of town, which is generally a wasteland of take-away food.

Food was good, very convenient location. We were going ice skating at icehouse so it was easy to park, eat and then skate. Would return.

Good fast service, big serves . Very loud when we were there but it was Sunday lunch with lots of families so to be expected.
