Everything was amazing from the moment we stepped in. We were running late for our booking so the lady we called kindly changed it 15 mins later to what the booking was. The ease of ordering was nice because there were no long ques and everything is served to the table when you order from their app. The broths and food options were really nice and the ice tea to complement it was perfect.

I booked it for a friend’s birthday and they said they would give us dessert as a present but didn’t receive it and other staff told us to leave due to time

I recently visited Happy Lamb Hotpot and had an amazing dining experience. The restaurant offers a traditional Chinese hotpot with a variety of delicious options. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal with family or friends. The highlight of our meal was the rich bone marrow broth, which was incredibly flavorful and comforting. We opted for the all-you-can-eat option, which was great value for money. The meats, especially the lamb shoulder, were fresh and tender. The shrimp paste and fish slices were also standout items. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated promptly and our orders arrived quickly. Overall, Happy Lamb Hotpot is a fantastic place for a hearty and satisfying meal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotpot experience.

The visit was good. I took my friend to Happylamb to celebrate birthday.

The visit was okay. Foods were good. Takes long to wait for the food though.

Some staff members are not friendly at all. I had to ask for my order and extra spicy sauce multiple times… and they never brought it. I think they need to work on keeping the dipping sauce and fruit area clean or cover so that there are no insects flying around them.

It takes a while to bring the food so basically wasting 15-20mins of 90mins waiting for the food. There are flies.. Flying around the dipping sauce area and fruits. When asked to refill the fruits they always say they don't have it anymore.

Everything was fantastic, hopefully they include drinks and sauce within the package

The quality of the meat is very good, the price is cheap, and all the ingredients are fresh

We had a fantastic time at Happy Lamb Hot Pot, I especially love that they have an “all you can eat” option now, which includes tons of yummy meats, vegetables and side dishes.

Loved it simply. Food was scrumptious loved the taste however need more space to sit.

Food was delicious. Although it was so disappointing our meat came out 30 mins after we ordered. It was quite noisy when they would clear/set the table. Quite distruptive.

The only complaint I have is that the food doesn’t come out in one go. By the time one set of food comes out, we are already done with the first wave

Bad value for money, not good quality, they charge you more

For all-you-eat, the 90-minute reservation should not include the time for the food to arrive otherwise it will be rushing for the guests to enjoy. overall it was a good experience.

been there for over 20 times with the same group of friends since 2021 Oct when the first lockdown was lifted. it was already good, the food and sources and in general. they have recently changed it to a buffet and i gotta say, not much options for the food and the overall quality of the food was so average and the price in the end was higher than ordering individual dishes. not worth it and definitely not going back again

Great Mongolian style hotpot restaurant - the broths were really nice (we had the "normal" bone broth as well as the sour & spicy one) and the meat were great. Service was really friendly although they did seem to be confused about a few things.

We had to wait for 30 mins to get foods are served and the time we were waiting, they counted as 90 mins so we even couldn't eat for 90mins. top on that we get charged extra two people dipping sauce fees. To be honest, I felt wasted money to go there... very disappointed experience.

The restaurant is very good, the food is fresh. The space between the tables is so wide, there is no sense of oppression, the service is good, it is worth recommending

Soup came 20 minutes after we ordered 🙁 but all the food were really good, the service was really friendly and nice I’m sure i will come back again

Everything came out really slow which made it hard to enjoy. Paying for sauces is really strange.

The server who helped us during our visit was lovely. She was able to help us at any request we asked her. Even the front door person was lovely overall amazing customer service. The food was lovely as well. Thank you for the amazing service and food. Will recommend to other people to visit.
