Great food and very nice staff but cleanliness could be better. Sticky floors and not great bathrooms. Food, tables and utensils were clean. Overall an enjoyable time and great experience!

We were disappointed to recieve pot that was too spicy when we specifically requested mild hot pot. Staff were not supportive or followed up on our request when we advised we couldn't eat the food due to copious amounts of chilli being scooped from our meal. Customer service definitely made our experience disatisfactory by not listening to our request or following up with us.

Best hotpot in town! Fresh and high quality food. A very good place for family/friends gathering.

Food was good and we all enjoyed it..they have introduced all you can eat hotpot...time limit is 90 min from time of booking. I believe it should be 120 min per sitting or the time should start from the time the first item is brought along with the soup base if its 90 min. Also the staff needs to improve on their way of communication. The receptionist sounds rude in her way of explaining all of their rules and also at the end when we are about to finish our food the waitress needs to be trained in the way for asking if the food is all finished and good to be removed... when we ordered some more stuff within our sitting time the waitress reaction was shocking after hearing that we have ordered more. overall enjoyed the food a lot but just one star for service and communication from the receptionist and waitress.

Since it was a first time, would have appreciated if the staff were friendly and appeared approachable. They could have educated/informed us about how things work.

It was amazing. We went a second time... Everything is perfect 💕💕 Alsi I asked them to write a note on the table because it was my husband’s birthday and they did it... So happy💕💕

They said the booking was for 1.5 hours, the minute it was close to end, the staff started ushering us out. While there were other people who were sitting there well before us, they were still having their food. Bad hosts and bad attitude towards customers. Two of us paid $130 for food, they treated us like we ordered 5$ coffee.
