Great food had a beautiful time everything was cooked perfectly

Kudos to the team for being so receptive and accommodating of our reservation from start of finish. Exceptional service and attentiveness throughout. I'd like to note that the noise levels were excellent - where our group has met at other venues in the past, we've often experienced issues hearing each other and having 'table' discussions but this, thankfully, was not an issue. The staff were super accommodating of us bringing a special cake to celebrate. Thank you - you made this so easy for us and we loved it. The meals were beautiful although very big! As delicious as they were, many of us couldn't get through the entire dish. Something to think about given food waste etc. I do want to extend a huge thank you for making our brunch such a fantastic experience. I think it's the first time in a very long time that everyone had such a good time. You were amazing and I can't wait to come back again. :)

Good range of food, not too busy on a Saturday morning.

The atmosphere and service were great. I also was happy with an opportunity to rebook for an earlier time slot.

Lovely staff, we were seated and served promptly which was great.

Friendly staff. A bit slow on bringing our meals. We all ordered mains only. It didn't look that busy. My friend and I had the green bowl. I enjoyed mine but the figs were a bit hard. My friend had chicken with hers but said it was a bit dry.

It was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent.

They have the best peanut butter frappe, looking forward to going there for breakfast as their menu looks drool worthy!!

We love Hattrick. Close to work, great food at good prices, friendly staff, can book tables.

They overcharged us at full price while there was a Friday $21 deal on burger and furfy drink. Other people ordered burgers but no fries came with them while online they were advertised with fries. Some people were charged $16.50 instead of $16 for Angus Burger as advertised. Overall just okay. Not sure if we'll go back.

Food and drinks were great, just a tad slow on the drinks but it was delicious, so it made up for it

one server is fine, we had four different waitresses come up and ask us how the food was. I had to say mutliple times and felt a bit interruppted whilst easting, but otherwise lovely lunch and amazing drinks

The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The food came quickly and was great.

Service and food were good. But music was way too loud for a Sunday morning brunch with family. Kind of hard to yell across the table at your mother-in-law over the nightclub music. Would come again but not with a group.

Tried a vegan dish for the first time, tasty falafel salad. Will be back.

My only complaint is that I usually find the music too loud for comfortable conversation. Please turn it down a couple of notches, guys! Otherwise I still love Hattrick!

Great coffee and food as usual! Their decaf is as good as the real thing :)

They ran out of buns and were not offered a discount and the meal didn’t come with waffle fries like it said but normal fries.

We used to love this place but the service has really declined in recent months. There were 5 of us and our drinks and food all came in dribs and drabs. We had to ask several times for the last couple of drinks after the food arrived. There was water on the table when we arrived but no cups, and we eventually went and took cups off another table since our drinks hadn't turned up either. They serve cocktails but were too rigid to arrange lemonade with grenadine on request. We'd have liked to have added more food to our order but no one came near us after the food was set down. Lastly the room had apparently been rearranged for another function, and on returning it for day service the back of the bench seats hadn't been attached to the ground. This meant it wobbled and rattled each time one of the 5 people sitting adjacent to it happened to touch it. The food was good as always but I wouldn't come back for a special occasion unless the service returned to the standard we were used to.

my guests had the smoked salmon, i had the barramundi, i was disappointed in mine but they loved theirs.

It was a great visit to the cafe. Food and atmosphere was great! Busy place in general, we needed to raise our voices many times to get attention, reserved 3 high chairs but only got 1 and was told they were all taken (wasn’t impressed as we did ask for them with our reservation). Overall, great cafe and would definitely come back maybe on a quiet day.

Music was a bit too loud for us, but didn’t seem to bother others. Food was good and service was excellent. Such sweet and friendly waitresses!

Most of our party hadnt been to Hattrick before, and were excited to go somewhere new. The decor and vibe was inviting, the menu was not large but there was something for everyone. 2 of us ordered the barramundi, the waiter returned to advise they were out of barramundi so we made an alternative selection. Everyone else was handed their meal and i was handed a menu as my second choice was not suitable for my dietary requirements. So third time lucky i sat eating alone after everyone else had finished . Disappointing! When we went to settle the bill we had been charged for items from another group. It seemed like nothing went right last night. The irony was i was the one that selected the venue, it was my meal that was mucked around and it was me footing the bill :-(

Unfortunately not the best experience. Went for drinks after work and took an hour to bring us out glasses of wine. They did have new staff on / short staffed which I completely understand was just a bit disappointing! Beautiful venue and very nice food though

Fabulous friendly staff that can’t do enough for you and the food is delicious!

If you plan to come during lunch, I recommend that you book a table and try to pre-order if possible as they can get very busy. Unfortunately, one of our dishes came very late and we had to ask twice about it. They were very apologetic and they said they would not charge us for that meal.
