Very attentive staff, not a long wait for any food or drinks ordered

This is perhaps the 10th time ive visited this restaurant. The first two times were amazing. Every time since there has been an issue with an ingredient or a drink that isnt in stock. Once (not this visit) i waited 40 minutes for a beer - outrageous. The staff are amazing - always lovely and accommodating and do their best and are apologetic. Wait times are often long and drawn out, it seems that on busy nights walk in's are still taken even when the current patrons are waiting 40 minutes for a beer. We got delivery a few months ago which was disgusting. Not simply because it was cold it was like there was no care factor because it was take away, it was dry, cold (despite the driver coming when it was supposed to be ready). Over all i probably wont be back which is a shame as I appreciate that there are so many options for all dietary requirements.

The restaurant was disappointing to say the least. We were rushed to put our order in, then we had to ask 2 times where our food was as we waited nearly 45 minutes. When our meals finally arrived, they were wrong. The vegetarians were given the meat meals and they were cold. When we asked for them to be reheated or recooked they were not much hotter. Sadly for the price & service I would not be rushing back there.

The food was good but what made the day was the waitress Dulce! She was absolutely delightful, helpful, friendly and genuinely wanted us to have a good time. Without Dulce the experience would not have been the same - thanks so much!

On Wednesdays they advertise a free kids meal with a paying adult meal. We were charged for our kids meal as aparently the beef burger isn't classed as a main meal. A little disappointing when its not expected.

It took over half an hour for anyone to come to our table for a simple drink order. The waitress only came to our table because we called her over. Mistakes were made with orders and they were unsure on the answer of questions we had asked. I have eaten here many times and normally love the food, the enchilada I ate on Wednesday was not nice at all. The chicken tasted horrible and wasn’t even cut up. There was a giant chunk of chicken in the middle of enchilada. One of the other girls got tacos and also said that her food wasn’t nice either. They didn’t come to our table at all throughout the night to check on us or to see if we wanted more drinks. We had to call someone over every time.

Great food and service was good. The only negative is viewing the menu via QR code which is a pet peeve of mine.

Food was tasty but not exceptional, surely not at the price we had to pay. Waiting time was ridiculous (45-minute wait for a 3-taco meal and chimichanga) and it seemed as if they did not make the food until we asked for it the 2nd time around. Mid-way through our meal, someone from the restaurant called us to confirm our reservation even though we were already there and I showed my booking to the person who greeted us at the entrance! My advice would be to look at your pricing to remain competitive and also the efficiency of both front and back house staff as well.

The main meals were great. The churro cup for dessert was too oily to finish. The staff weren't as friendly and the service not quite the standard of past visits but overall a good experience.

Get rid of QR ordering. Nearly walked out. Lazy for staff and doesn't teach the staff PR skills, gets people off the phones and enjoy your restaurants

At least one dish has to be sent back twice because it had guacamole (which she asked to not have due to allergy). The first time the chef just scraped it off the meal. It was returned with the request to make a new one. The Waitress's reaction was a face of "what now?!" which was totally inappropriate. There were other problems as well, which resulted in a less than satisfactory dinner experience.

service staff could not understand English very well and was unable to answer questions we had about the dishes. We had to get a different waitress in order to get our meal requirements correct. It was quite frustrating. the food was amazing as always. we will return

Fantastic in every way. Absolute pleasure. Highly recommended. Enchiladas were delicious.

Charged us $11 for warm beer on a hot night. Sent it back and they replaced with a cold one. Next round another warm beer. The restaurant was too busy to send it back again. The food was OK, not fantastic. Only good thing was the frozen margaritas. Won't be back in a hurry.

Received my meal approximately 30 minutes after everyone else at my table/I was out with. I ate alone, and within 10 minutes as we had another booking (which we booked over 2.5 hours from the dinner reservation time) to get to. Compensation received was $7 off a $330 bill, seemed incredibly minimal. Staff apologised saying was due to busy-ness of restaurant, however the table next to us got my order accidentally and ate it and thus doubled up on their food with no repercussions. Meanwhile I waited 30 minutes, ate alone, and scoffed my food down for a mere 2% off my bill.
