The staff did not know how to do their job. The food was dreadful. This is our second visit. The Californian burrito had no sauce and was dry, not to mention smaller portion sizes this time around. I ordered the paella and for $35 got 4 prawns and 4 pieces of chicken on a bed of rice and corn that was too salty to eat. Our table needed a foot to hold it in balance the entire time we were there. The cups were dirty and not once did a waitress check on us or even deliver our bill. We weren’t even asked if we had a nice meal. We won’t be back again. I don’t think they will be in business much longer if this is how they treat their customers.

Waitresses need to listen when ordering entrees as a main meal and not bring them out with the entree. Otherwise, it was a great meal.

food was tasty! we got charged for sour cream that never arrived presumed it didnt make it on the order but realized after that it did. The receipt was quite complicated to understand. Weekend surcharge was disappointing. Overall the price of the food plus the surcharge made for a very expensive meal - we wont return for this reason.

The whole dining experience was on point. Comfortable relaxed atmosphere. The staff were attentive. Food and Drink menus are great as we're the jugs of Margaritas and Sangria that flowed. An overall fantastic meal.

The grand seafood burrito was delicious especially with the guacamole. The pulled pork kids taco tasted scrumptious as well as the fish burrito. I really wanted the calamari and chipotle mayo but it was not on the menu like I had seen on the internet. The only improvement would be add some more kids drinks to the menu- they had apparently run out of pineapple juice, seeing as we ordered on a Friday night at 6 o’clock I find that hard to imagine when many cocktails require it. Kids love apple juice- most orange juices are sour and my son didn’t like it. The staff were friendly and hospitable and kept checking on us but seemed quite flustered. Maybe understaffed. Great atmosphere with the music, location and ambience. We will be back. Thank you.

Entrées were fine. Main course, my chicken burrito was cold. I let the server know and they remade it without a fuss, the 2nd burrito was hot on the outside, and fridge cold on the inside, like they microwaved a pre-made one or something. I didn't eat the meal and wouldn't recommend.

Disappointed with service, wasn’t offered a menu or drinks. After waiting sometime had to ask for them. Staff were friendly. Food was fantastic

The service was very slow. It was busy but there were empty tables. We waited 50 minutes for our food order. Order was simple. We ordered drinks at start which we're fast getting to us. We had finished our drinks before food arrived and weren't asked at any stage if we'd like another. Staff were pleasant but just not on the job.

Margarita wasn’t serverd in a glass so no salted rim as per the menu. Desert was very undercooked
