The portion sizes were small and over priced. The chicken wings were cold. We spend $300 and walked away hungry

We arrived and were seated quickly. We were then left alone and ignored. Several waiters made eye contact over the next 20 mins but none approached us to offer drinks or food order services. We decided not to wait any longer and left.

Vibrant atmosphere and great food. A wide selection to choose from of food and cocktails and generous serves.

An amazing restaurant and the service was on point. A perfect place for small and large groups. I will definitely be revisiting.

We booked online as this restaurant is popular. We were well looked after by all the staff especially Bec our server who was very helpful with our request to take off the ricotta from the taco trio for the lactose free person. Food arrived in good time and was delicious. We had a really fun time and the atmosphere was full of happy chatter.

Staff weren’t very inviting or helpful. Upon arrival, the staff member at the door did not show us where we were seated, only gave a brief description as if we knew the restaurant layout. The menu did not mention additional charges for different meats and the waiter did not mention this either, the waiter did not know much about the food at all. The food was okay, but the chips and guac was absolutely tiny. Don’t think I would go again

The food was delicious and the staff were kind. However, the staff appeared very overwhelmed and unorganized. From when we arrived the table was not set, no water was provided and we had to ask an additional afew times before we got any. My young sons soft drink bottle had a very small piece of glass on the lime placed at the top, our order was incorrectly noted which created a huge delay for the correction meal to arrive. We were then charged for the incorrect meal anyone and had to ask to have it removed. To add insult we were charged a surcharge. This meal wasn’t cheap (which we didnt expect it to be) but with a nice meal an organized and considerate service would have been nice.

Not a great experience overall, service was really really bad. We had to track the servers down each time we needed to do something (order, get the check etc) and they were rude and also messed up our order and overcharged us. Not a fan

Nobody seemed on the ball. Plates weren’t cleared. We were never offered another drink or anymore food. And then we got overcharged for a subsequent order at the bar. Food was fine and drinks yummy but needs a lot more attention staffing wise.

The high chair was dirty. The staff didn’t bring out glasses with ice for all of us. When asked for another glass, they became confused and brought out glasses with no ice. The staff didn’t come to take our food order for over 30 minutes. When we asked staff to take our order, another staff member came to our table to take our payment! When we finally ordered, our meals came out with such an elongated stagger, that the people to receive their meals first had long finished (after waiting so long that their meals became cold) before the final person received their meal. Very disappointing.

It was okay. When I booked it online the timings were available till 9:30pm on a Friday night for dinner. We got the 8:45pm one. When we got there. The staff was very grumpy. We got the table and within 10 months the guy comes by saying we are taking last orders. We were confused- if there are booking available till 9:30 why take last orders so soon? It felt rushed. We had to order everything in one go which meant we over ordered as we were not sure if it will be enough. We asked for recommendations from the server- who didn’t know much. Not a great experience

So I don’t know what that was but it wasn’t Mexican food….

Amazing Mexican! Staff are friendly and extremely efficient with hardly any waiting time for meals to arrive.

The food was really nice. But all of the dishes were served about 10 minutes apart. Would have rather waited longer to eat the same time as my family.

I organised this booking for my team at Winning Appliances Kingston, and we all had a fantastic night! The food was sensational, vibes were great, and there were many happy, smiling faces. We spent around 3 hours here and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back for a future team dinner!
