It was okay. When I booked it online the timings were available till 9:30pm on a Friday night for dinner. We got the 8:45pm one. When we got there. The staff was very grumpy. We got the table and within 10 months the guy comes by saying we are taking last orders. We were confused- if there are booking available till 9:30 why take last orders so soon? It felt rushed. We had to order everything in one go which meant we over ordered as we were not sure if it will be enough. We asked for recommendations from the server- who didn’t know much. Not a great experience

So I don’t know what that was but it wasn’t Mexican food….

Amazing Mexican! Staff are friendly and extremely efficient with hardly any waiting time for meals to arrive.

The food was really nice. But all of the dishes were served about 10 minutes apart. Would have rather waited longer to eat the same time as my family.

I organised this booking for my team at Winning Appliances Kingston, and we all had a fantastic night! The food was sensational, vibes were great, and there were many happy, smiling faces. We spent around 3 hours here and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back for a future team dinner!

Great mexican food, good options. They didn't drown everything in guac and sour cream let the flavour speak for itself.

So impressed - it was so busy and a bit noisy for good conversation but our waiter listened patiently when we asked if we could re-locate to a table outside when one became available, and they did it without fuss and we were soon outside and looked after promptly! Food was great!

Would be more authentic if you included Music from the region

We had a good time. The corn ribs, chicken wings, and chicken tacos were excellent. The fajita was okay - had far better fajita elsewhere. Will certainly return to try other items on the menu.

Drinks were good, food was alright but the service was lacking. Staff seemed disorganised and unable to manage the night - we had to ask multiple people to get a drinks order after waiting 15 mins. Unlikely to visit again based on this experience

Was informed we could sit inside or outside to support our booking. Asked if they could turn the heaters on and informed none of the heaters had gas. Went inside and asked to order straight away to be informed many dishes were unavailable. Order arrived and one dish was missing. Waited a good 20 minutes and after asking the order arrived. No split bills available. Asked for a copy print off our order prior to paying and was informed we needed to pay first before they were able to provide. Staff hard to understand, asked them what certain food items were and said they didn’t know. Tables dirty and restaurant not busy. Understand it’s only their first week, food ok but nothing over the top.

The food was very nice but the service was poor. The first of our group got their meal in reasonable time but the other two took another 30 minutes, by which time the first person had nearly finished. We tried to get the wait staff attention to ask and that took a while. After that, we were ignored until they went round asking for last orders, and then we kept being asked after we had already said no. I think they could pay better attention to their clients. Paying the bill was quicker so obviously that takes priority over good service.

A little disappointed with the cali burrito, it was more rice than any of the other filings, very little protein or veggies/herbs I felt like i was given a rice burrito. Not what I wanted to pay for $24 dollars. The churros a little oily. However the staff were very friendly and nice.

Service was extremely bad. The food was ok, but won’t go back because of the inattentive wait staff. Didn’t recieve a menu until we asked for it.

There is a really unpleasant smell lingering through this place and it doesn’t feel very clean. Doesn’t make the dining very enjoyable. The staff could also do with a tidy up.

The high noise levels weren't the restaurant's fault, we had a noisy couple seated next to us who yelled at each other through their meal. We loved the food, loved the venue, the drinks were delicious. The service was fantastic except it took a while for menus to arrive, we had to ask for them. We will return though, we were impressed.

Disorganized reservation process led to a hot, loud seating area. A helpful male waiter saved the day by adjusting the awning and providing great recommendations. However, the female waiter was inexperienced and tried to clear our table before we were finished. Despite the service issues, the food was original and delicious, and the restaurant was well-decorated with an extensive drink menu.

No cutlery or paper napkins on table - had to ask. Had to ask twice for ordered drink. Appetizer arrived 5 minutes before missing drink and main courses arrived before we’d started on the appetizer. Very noisy. Should take enchilada off the menu (although to be fair, the menu does say they use a flour tortilla) - you get a heated burrito, not baked, with enchilada sauce - not an enchilada. We won’t be going back.

Great visit for our family. The venue is popular and was busy. Minor delay to service times. We had to ask for menus and we had to signal to order. Not a problem because staff were very polite and responsive once they knew we were ready. Food arrived quickly with only one dish that had a delay. Really tasty and portion was good but not generous. Overall very happy would come back again and will come back again many times.

We had a great experience, every dish ordered was fantastic. Looking forward to next visit
