I booked a table for my daughter’s 16th birthday, however when we arrived our table wasn’t available and we had to wait 15 minutes while one was prepared upstairs — with no apology offered. The girls then ordered their meals and waited an hour and a half for their food. During that time, two different waitresses asked whether they had ordered, and each time they explained they were still waiting. Again, no apology or acknowledgement of the delay. I understand it was a busy Saturday night, but when you book in advance you would expect your table to be ready and the service to be organised. The wait time for food was unacceptable, and the lack of communication or apology was really disappointing. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

I've been there a few times before normally it's very good service. Last night was hectic, food was average and we were plopped right infant of 3 mega fans that were all facing in a direction only. We waited over an hour for food and a long time for drinks

Beer Not Very Cold Meal OK but average Staff Nice.

Unfortunately, the food came out too quickly and all together which is not a good dining experience. Even though we had the lowest amount of spice it was still too spicy for me. The food got cold very quickly as a result of coming to the table all at once. Not enjoyable unfortunately.

Food was very ordinary. Our main meals didn’t come together so went cold as we waited. Added guacamole ($3.50 for a spoon), but didn’t come, but was on the bill. Just poor overall.

We had the bottomless brunch last weekend and while it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t amazing. There are a few other places along Main Street that I personally prefer. Despite booking and paying a deposit, our table wasn’t ready when we arrived and they couldn’t initially find our booking. I had to confirm our group size and menu choice before the table was set up, and the server didn’t seem very familiar with the menu or bottomless cocktail options. There were only a four other tables at the time, but it still took around 15 minutes to place our order, which was frustrating given the emphasis from the business on arriving on time for a 2pm start. On the plus side, the cocktails were great and made to order, and the tacos had good variety. The price per head is reasonable considering the quality of the drinks. It was disappointing that non-drinkers are charged the same price, even for 2 soft drinks, and that the deposit couldn’t be deducted from the bill and had to be refunded via email.

Great food, great vibe, well priced, great service. Thank you. We had our little buys 9th birthday there, his request, and they set up the table with HBD large letters on our arrival.

Wait staff needed to be asked to serve us. We sat for ages with just us and one other cus in restaurant and they didn’t approach to get orders so we asked them to serve us

Underwhelming overpriced draughty. Felt completely fleeced of my money. Wished I had never had gone. Wouldn’t recommend it even my worst enemy

QR codes were the only let down and order of food and drinks being delivered was slow, the service was good in terms of trying their hardest however just low overall.

All I can say was the food was very tasty.

Staff attempted to serve our main course when we were still eating our entrees after we specifically asked for a break between courses. We sent the mains back to the kitchen. And then when we we’re still eating our entrees when the staff wanted to take our plates away. Amazing! And our Margs were FULL of ice. Nevertheless we enjoyed our meals and will go back but the staff need training.

We were served by lovely attentive staff. The strawberry margaritas were delicious and the fish tacos were tasty.

Burrito was a little bit spicy 🌶️ for me, but able to cope because of the awesome frozen watermelon margs.

Everything was fabulous. The food was delicious - my group of 5 shared a few meals and we all loved every single bite! The staff were fantastic and the atmosphere inside was relaxing (not too noisy) and the decor is fun. Would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be going there again.
