Where do we start? The waiter spilt water all over the table while pouring 2 glasses of water ... didnt bither to clean it up? The food menu was small and pitiful. The selection of Entrees and mains is better at a side stall on the street!! We ordered the Portuguese Chicken and Wagyu steak which took 45 minutes ... even tho there were only a handful of tables to serve at that time The atmosphere of the whole place was dull and lousy .... Please do better for future guests. But we will definitely not be back

Amazing degustation menu. Great value for money if you use the Accor plus dining credits. Relaxed surfside dining atmosphere. Best meal I've had in years.

Its must go too. The menu is rather small in there offering however the food is really really good :). The ocean view while dinning is not bad either

The Groupon menu was satisfactory overall, especially in terms of value for money. I am a sweet craver but still find the dessert was not my cup of tea. The entree, the mains, and the wine were good. I will recommend this restaurant.

Great atmosphere, views & cocktails, but unfortunately we were hungry & out for a nice B’day dinner date, & for a $300 bill, the food disappointed, except for the natural oysters which were fresh & on point. We ordered 12 oysters, kingfish tacos, buratta, eye fillet tartare, & the cauliflower side. All sounded amazing & we were really looking forward to our share plates, but unfortunately they just missed the mark by all lacking flavour. On top of that we questioned whether there was meant to be a side that accompanies the cauliflower, as it mentioned coconut yoghurt & a tahini dressing in the menu? The waitress was unsure, so when she went to ask the chef she was told it was all mixed in together. My overall feedback would be to check the seasoning of your food so that it isn’t plain & bland, & to serve your cauliflower with a wet accompaniment as it is quite dry on its own.

We had a wonderful experience as first-time diners at Hyde Paradiso. Cameron's service was amazing. Nothing was a problem to him and he went out of his way to assist me with dining suggestions as I'm Coeliac. We will certainly return.

Bad service, constantly need to ask for a waiter to get drinks no attention placed to table consumption from meals to drinks, entries came out only partially with big delays, continuously seeming to ask for a waiter and with no one assisting for extended period, food was average at best, all round would not be recommending nor would I book a business lunch again, our clients left with comments saying “geez that place is a oncer”
