We had a lovely birthday lunch. Loved the handmade pasta, particularly the Sage and butter ravioli. Great location in a beautiful neighbourhood.

Food was great...staff were great especially given COVID 19 disrupting normal practices.

The food is delicious!!! Took us right back to Italy. The service is outstanding.... friendly, warm and so obliging. Bellissimo

Quality Italian bistro with interesting specials you want to try plus great mainstays that keep me coming back. Tonight a great cabbage salad and scallops from the specials board and old favourite Cacio a Pepe. Add in good wine available by the glass , this is a step up from your local bistro

Great fresh products, cocked with knowledge and great care. Friendly staff, classy down to earth atmosphere...loved the experience!Above expectation in Italian food. Marchello is a master on his own right and we can wait to dinner at his restaurant ones more.

Wonderful find - loved the entire experience. Needed a lovely dinner after a full on day and that is what was absolutely delivered. Best pasta I have ever had including in Italy.

I love this new addition to the neighbourhood. Great value for money - especially for Woollahra! - and the food is authentic, delicious Italian. With specials throughout the week including the $39 3 course special, it’s affordable dining that feels decadent. Food and service are both first class.

This it the 4th time I have been at Maccheroni and have invited friends to try their innovative and delicious dishes . Being Italian I know when a restaurant offers an excellent menu or not and Maccheroni definitely exceeds expectations every time . Their wine list is also very good and reasonably priced

It was our second visit and we thought we’d try the regional dinner. The food was nice, but not amazing. However our previous visit where we ate à la carte was much better. The sommelier was lovely - knowledgeable and charming. Will return, but maybe go à la carte, although I will say the regional dinners are great value at $39.

All our requests fulfilled. Both the wine and food were great. Most important is that the service was excellent. Advanced booking is recommended.

I did enjoy the meal. However we did feel the menu is very limited. The service was outstanding. Not a noisy restaurant which is a pleasure. Parking can be an issue. Need some salads as a starter on the menu.

The small restaurant was crowded with noise at uncomfortable levels making us glad to get out of the place. Food was very good.
