Our chef Max did an amazing job and provided delicious food and an entertaining display cooking it. The noise level was a little high but was also a good sign of how entertained the other restaurant patrons were.

You walk in the door expecting a lot but unfortunately it fails to deliver. The food and the chef cooking it in front of you are fantastic however the rest is a let down. The service was horrendous we had to ask for drinks multiple times before them arriving and the wait staff appeared to have no idea what was happening. The beer was warm and while the food was amazing was overall quite expensive for what you got in terms of service.

David was incredible!! He absolutely made mums birthday. Had us in stitches the whole time. And the food? Oh my lord. Incredible. Cant thank everyone there enough for making mums night. She hasn't stopped raving how it was her best birthday ever. Really feel it was David's hospitality and his amazing food. I cant thank you enough. Cant wait to go back!

My partner had a large quantity of soup accidentally spilt on her clothing by the waitress. Some form of compensation could have been offered such as one free drink but no, we were asked to pay in full. Also, green tea was not served which was listed in the set menu we ordered.

Food was great. Missed a little of the fun that I come to expect from Teppanyaki. Some paper bibs would have been nice too.

it was pricey($180 for 2) for what we ordered and the environment was quite noisy as you had to share table with other people, there were a few young kids were crying and loud when we were eating. The decor in this restaurant was old and i felt weird it played Chinese music at the background in a Japanese restaurant.

Absolutely loved Ichiban Teppanyaki. The chef, Leo, was great, especially when my children had a bit of a meltdown (They got a bit scared when they lit the plate on fire). The kids loved trying to catch the egg and bowls. We all loved the food. There wasn't one thing we didn't enjoy. I highly recommend a trip to this restaurant

Left hungry. They tried to fill you up with fried rice at the end. We had to ask for the green tea which was supposed to be automatically served as part of the menu. Will not be going back.

the food was not too bad, but the service was very slow. our booking was for 8pm and we were served closed to 930 with the teppanyaki . the chef had little personality and would not return

The food was really good and chef was entertaining, however once our meal was over it felt like we were forgotten about because we were moved into another area to make room for another booking. They brought out our ice cream like on the menu but did not take the coffee/tea order once we were seated in the other area. Either they were understaffed that night or they were busier than usual for a Sunday, either way it was a little concerning that we had to go and get someone to make the order that proceeded to ask what everyone wanted before coming to the table.

Amazing service and the chefs really go the extra mile not just in quality but in presentation and demonstration!
