Ivanhoe Hotel Manly

Great food and great service. I live in Melbourne but like eating here when I visit Sydney.

Hi, you are our 'watering hole' once we get off the Fantasea ferry having watched the Sydney to Hobart race. We come to you as you can accommodate any size of group and as we all have different needs (quick coffee to a meal and a beer) we can order as necessary. You were very accommodating as we arrived early this year, but found us a spot with out fuss.

We go every week to trivia, there is currently a lovely young lady behind the bar who is new and doesn’t know any of the beers. Be careful what you asked for because you could end up with something different!

we thought that most items on the menu was overpriced,

Hubby had the chicken Parmy and loved it. Said it was the best for a long time but it took ages to arrive.

No one to show you to your table, meal took 50 minutes to come out … quite poor

Tonight I had a pizza for the first time. It was fabulous! Unexpected, didn’t think it would be so crispy. Will be having it again next week!

Arrived late for trivia and had a fantastic pizza, one of the best I’ve had in Manly for a long time. Bravo Ivanhoe!

They charge for soda water and lime, like a wounded bull. Does it really cost that much to put some soda water in a glass? Come on Ivanhoe, be fair

Friendly service, however given the hotel was not very busy, there was a large time delay in bring food to a table of 10, we ordered under a few numbers which does not help, however the time difference vs amount of people in hotel vs delivery of food was less than ideal. Eaten there plenty of times and it always great. Had a team of 10 from out of town and experience was not what I have come to expect from the IvanHoe

We go to the Ivanhoe every Tuesday for trivia. It’s always a great night, with a great vibe and good food.

It’s always an enjoyable evening at the Ivanhoe on a Tuesday. The trivia is great and there’s a real buzz in the room.

The atmosphere is always great on a Tuesday. The trivia host Evan makes for a really good evening.

The pizzas were great which we ordered for the kids. The squid salad was horrible. My salad leaves were swimming in the bowl of dressing which was very tangy and overpowering and was so hard to eat. Nice ambience and interiors, good cocktails but wouldn't return for a meal that's for sure.

Bar person was all over the palce, go everything wrong.

All good, we enjoyed our lunch thank you. That's it

Trivia night us the best. Food is good and nice atmosphere!
