For the traditional Japanese lovers among us, James Parker Sushi & Sake’s I want a traditional Japanese dish selection boasts chicken karaage, grilled kingfish, sea urchin yuba ontama with dashi jelly and the ever-popular agedashi tofu with vegetables.
Now, things at James Parker Sushi & Sake in Perth’s Northbridge are not only about the fish. In fact, this James Street spot does some of the best wagyu we’ve eaten.
