A hidden Japanese gem in the heart of South Yarra Japonica is a relaxed restaurant with fantastic food. The sashimi was prepared in front of us and was fresh and delicious. The dinner set menu is amazing value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish. An added bonus is it’s BYO wine. We’ve been going to Japonica for years and can not recommend the food or the service highly enough.
Friendly welcoming lady greeted us. The food was very fresh and flavourful and the sushi/sashimi was very fresh. We loved everything we ate and the service was prompt and great value for money. Definitely going back
